If you are looking for an honest, upstanding, man of his word, don't get work done by Lee at impact audio. I recently had my windows tinted in a coupe. The price was agreed upon of $250 for 22% for ceramic tint. A week later the tint is peeling and it isn't ceramic. I called Lee and explained my situation. Lee said that he charges $250 for ceramic and I only paid $150 and didn't ask for ceramic. Lee then went back and looked at my receipt and apologized for misquoting himself. Lee agreed to refund me $100 and told me to come back in. When I got there Lee changed his story again and said that they should have charged more for what I got and also my tint was 35%. I told Lee that my tint was supposed to be 22% and ceramic. Lee then took a tint meter outside to prove that I asked for and received 35%. Lee once again only proved himself to be mistaken. ( The tint was 22% non ceramic) After all this Lee didn't want to refund the $100 because he said he only made $50 in the deal. This is the last time that I get work done at impact Audio and I would advise anyone who cares about honesty to also stay away.

Great guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable! I know very little about car audio systems and they took the time explain the problem my radio was having.
