THREE different sales associates sold my husband and I on a deal that we could get buy one get one 50% off Samsung's AND A $250 gift card EACH via Samsung Pay. We thought it was to good of a deal to pass up so we went for it. That evening when we got home we went to download the receipt to cash in our gift card and it says the deal ended 6 days ago and we were no longer eligible for the offer. After contacting Verizon customer service multiple times and Samsung, our only options are to get over it or turn the phones in. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO NOT HONOR A DEAL!!!! It wouldn't be a big deal if it were just one person's mistake and they didn't know but the simple fact is it was THREE DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES. That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! We can't even get our trade-ins back so what are we supposed to do now?! Is this really how you want to market your company?
DO NOT do business with this group! It is NOT a corporate location and they make their own rules. Verizon corporate has been trying to clean up their mess for over 2 weeks while I am using a temporary phone. They lie to get their money and customer has no recourse when the scam has been uncovered! Worst customer service EVER! Shady, shady, shady!
