Ultimate Heating & Cooling

NEGATIVE STARS!!!! I have worked with Ultimate Heating & Cooling in the past and the techs are usaully nice & knowledgeable. However the communication skills between their home office and the techs is less than reliable and their customer service reps that serve up "your wrong & we're right attitude" is not customer friendly. When I originally made the appointment on 4/27 for a 5/13 appt, I mentioned to the original person that took our appt that the tech would need a taller ladder for our unit. This seems to be an ongoing problem which has occurred in the past where I call to confirm and remind them of the ladder issue. The last few instances they have showed up, we would end up rescheduling moments after they arrive because of the ladder issue. The second problem was our original scheduling date was incorrect; Rebecca called to confirm the wrong date which I confirmed with her originally on 4/27 and confirmed with our landlord. I will stand by the date that was given cause I worked it around my work schedule. They couldn't accommodate us on our confirmed date as they would have to cancel other customers. Today the tech shows up without the required ladder and they have given us another date in the future that "might work", called them as soon as they opened 5/15 and the tech gave the rep misinformation yet again. Didn't even come into the house just called my husband from outside and said the ladder wasn't big enough for the job so they would have to reschedule AGAIN. Called first thing this morning and even though they dropped the ball the next available appointment would be 5/25. A full month after our original call date. Handle the customer issues from that day and don't leave us feeling like we're not a priority. We use Ulitmate Heating & Cooling every year for maintenance and work issues. Start treating us like valued customers, There are HVAC companies out there willing to commit to customer service.

I was so impressed with this company’s level of customer service, the knowledge of their staff and their pricing when I bought my furnace 3 years ago that I’ve been referring them to everybody I know. My mother’s water heater went out on her over the holidays and I decided to check if by chance they installed them. Thank goodness I did because they got my mom a heater setup the next day and at a very good price. One thing I really liked is they did not charge us an estimate fee to come out like many other companies wanted to charge us.

Im in the middle of a remodel and had a heating company walk out on me. I called Ultimate Heating and Cooling they came right out. They not only gave me a better price they fixed what the other company did wrong. They made sure that I understood everything. I will never call another company again. Happy Customer
