Yoga flex is not only OPEN they are thriving .
They have the best certified teaching staff / (styles) Bikram, Barkin ,Dharma ,vinyasa ,and ashtanga !
Run deals all the time, and give discounts to students. It is the hottest studio around Long Island!!!!!!! there classes are challenging yet accessible to all fitness levels . They offer many styles of yoga and 36 classes a week !!!!
The studio is very clean -with bathrooms fully stocked ( Showers ) .They Sell clothes drinks ,juices ,and super foods , Dana & Karen have big hearts and are involved in giving back (karma yoga ) and often have donated to many causes .
I love this space so much it's my home away from home.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been doing yoga for over ten years and in my experiences of going to dozens of studios is that yoga is a very non judgemental thing done in a nurturing environment where instructors work together with students to reach their goals and become better at yoga as well as better people. NOT AT THIS STUDIO. It seems to me that this studio's number one concern is turning a profit, which is understandable but could be done in a more friendly not so in your face way. This studio is like the most expensive I've ever been to, yea it's clean and new but there is no real deal for getting a yearly or even monthly membership. Something else I found to be a little weird is that the owner posts how many people attend class. I find this to be a bit over the top, I've never seen any other studio do this. And they brag about how hot it is. I always thought that hot yoga was supposed to be done at the same temp give or take a couple of degrees at all studios. I won't be going back decide for yourslf

Provided by SuperpagesYoga Flex is by far the best hot yoga studio on long island. The classes start at 6am and end at 8pm with classes in between. You have no excuse for missing class and it is addicting! The studio is clean, the instructors are amazing. At 52 years old, I have literally transformed my body in 3 months.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been coming to this studio since its conception and I have to say that it is by far my favorite studio on the island. The classes are diverse, consistent and motivating. The instructors are ready and willing to talk to you about any aspect or level of your practice. Whether it is a physical workout you are seeking or a more spiritual experience, they are open, experienced and extremely approachable to discuss and help you deepen your practice. This place is truly a gem!!!

They are very arrogant and cocky, almost feels as if they are talking down to you. They are very knowledgeable but at the same time almost unapproachable. The place is not really offereing the traditional bikram yoga although the room is heated they are not doin traditional bikram yoga... overall average experience...after reading all the good reviews I was expecting MUCH more

I was one of the people that were too out of shape and inflexible to do yoga. Not so ! With the help of the talented, friendly, and inspiring teachers, I now find myself more flexible and in better shape than I have been in years. I am also enjoying a calmness of mind lately, that I never though possible. The studio is beautiful and very clean, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I count myself among the lucky to have discovered this rare gem. Yoga Flex is the place to be !
