Absolutely terrible company. Awful customer service. They do not stand by their products. DO NOT HIRE

Sterling is the absolute worst company I have had work for me. My floors were started in September and suppose to take 1 day but on the 2nd day they didn't have the correct supplies and had to special order them, which took 2 weeks. I have glue on my floor from them that will not come up, pieces were cut wrong, flat molding the separate each rooms are all lifting, every one of them! They damaged my washer machine, kick plates under my cabinets and one of my baseboards heaters. The 2 owners and workers are absolutely clueless. I've called numerous times and no one has returned my calls. I was told that the head of installation was going to come to my home to speak with me the last day of the job but of course he never showed. I've disputed the installation charge with Amex and Sterling claiming they were never informed of anything wrong with the floor and that I should contact them. As said earlier, they have yet to return not one of my calls. They also forged my signature on job completion paperwork. It's been a nightmare. Find a different company!
