I have given up on County Cab as of tonight: they have been screwed me for the last time! They have left me hanging for over an hour, despite having made a reservation 24 in advance! Nothing! Not a word, despite call after call after call!They recently "Upgraded" their systems" - after this upgrade CC went to the garbage heap! EVERYBODY is now named "DeAngela", and NOBODY seems to be able to fix it, despite assurances on multiple occasions they had done just that! In the last few months, I suspect there has been a change in management, as they have gone from extremely reliable, friendly, and bend-over-backwards to accommodate any need, to not giving a crap what happens to any of their passengers (no matter how well they know you [I'm disabled, and used to spend a fortune with this nightmare!]I have been left hanging now 6 times in the last 5 weeks, and I have also been cursed at by the operators (they forward their phones to both India and Central America after 9:00pm, meaning you get people from another country who you can't understand, and who can't understand you - and who don't give a crap about you either!)., told what I can do with my female family members, and other unfriendly things.The drivers are great, IF you can get one out of the crappy dispatch systems they have now. DON'T BOTHER!
Reference job# 295578I flew from Alaska for a job interview at 8am in Chesterfield. Called night before to reserve a pickup at the econolodge in Kirkwood @7am. I called for a status update at 6:53 am and was told I was 3rd in order on pickup list. And that they were running a bit behind and said a cab would be there really soon. I waited for over an hour and missed my interview. There was also a cab operated by same company that arrived but refused service to me even though it was a large van because they were there for someone else for school and said I couldn't ride share. Still no cab. I called at 8:07am to cancel. I am furious as I own a transportation company and I hope this review finds useful. My advice is not to schedule and depend on a taxi from this operator.
*** STAY AWAY *** USE UBER *** STAY AWAY ***Over the last few months this outfit has become UNUSABLE. I am a large enough customer that the drivers are all on a first name basis, and the "Manager" ["Shari"] as well as one of the"Owners" [forgot his name] recognized my account (spent between $300 and $500 per month for several years now, as I am disabled).They have left me waiting, at off-peak hours (midnight) for over an hour, with no calls that they are still looking, nothing. When I've called in, they are RUDE, FLIPPANT, and DON'T CARE!I am GONE! From now on, it's Uber: I don't care about the extra charges, I have to know that I am not going to be left on the road for HOURS at a time! These people used to be decent, now it's like a demented teenager is running the place.STAY AWAY!!!

I took this cab company home on New Year's and had accidently left my wallet (took the cab for a reason)! I didn't realize it until the next day I got home and our driver had drove all the way to my house (at least 40mins from down town) and left me a note on my door saying he had something of mine. His name is Muhammad and he went above and beyond to return it to me! I called his number and he drove it all the way to me! Of course he deserved a tip!! (he didn't even want to take it!) EVERYTHING was left in there including quite a bit of cash! I couldn't be more thankful how caring and honest this company is! Thanks again!
For the past few months, my kids have had a remarkable driver. Unfortunately, that driver has gone on vacation for several weeks (he deserves it) and the driver that has replaced him (Henry) doesn't even compare. In fact today he put my 9 and 6 year old in a very UNSAFE situation... he dropped them off where we are staying without any directions to go inside, without telling any of the staff what was going on and without informing us (their parents). We pulled up in our car to wait for the cab and a few minutes later one of the staff (who knows us pretty well) came out to tell my husband our kids were waiting BY THEMSELVES inside the lobby. I called the company right away and when they went to transfer me I got disconnected. I called back, explained to the lady who answered that I was calling to speak to a supervisor and had been disconnected.. she just replied "How can I help you?" and I asked "I'm sorry, did you not hear me?" thinking there was a connection issue. She then very RUDELY said "I AM the supervisor." I said "Sorry, you didn't say that when I called." I explained that the driver had dropped my kids off in the lobby by themselves and she put me on hold to call the driver and came back saying "Speaking to the driver, he didn't do anything our driver's don't normally do.." I had to interrupt her and say "Except leave my 9 and 6 year old alone in a hotel lobby. I want a different driver." Again, very rudely, she said "excuse me, I'm not done talking. There's nothing we can do for the rest of school year..." And I just hung up. Instead I called the state transportation coordinator and left her a message. It is NOT okay for a company that is responsible for taking kids to and from school to leave them unsupervised. They are responsible for these children when they are picking them up and dropping them off and I'm just sick to my stomach that this company thinks this is okay. It's NOT. I'll arrange for another company to take my kids to school, because this company is too irresponsible to for me to trust with my kids.
This company has the worst drives ever, they don't even know the rules of the road, customer service and person answering phone the rudest people ever, don't use you will be sorry
The only reason I give 1 star is because there was no option for me to leave 0 stars. STAY AWAY from this company! They are a RIP OFF. Customer Service is very very POOR. They will charge your credit card and will not give you any confirmation or receipt. They will not refund you. Please STAY AWAY from this company!
