Watch out when you select which service you would like. I got charged $16 when I selected the $5 option and the manager there told me there was nothing they could do about it. The car wash was not even with $5. Such poor customer service, I will never go back.

I was charged the whole amt of the sweeper to my account. I only owed $600 & they charged $1,950. (The amt before credits.) Called TMB, Inc several times. No help, was yelled at & hung up on. Was told I wouldn't have to pay on account until Oct 2018 due to credits. Instead the entire amt was put on my card. Having a hard time receiving the $950 they owe me.
I've used GOO GOO for a long time. recently they raised there rates, very high mind you. The service was BAD my $15 car wash was a simple car wash (nothing that came with the top price was us used). White residue was left on my car, no back pre-wash, speed of line too fast to actually clean car. What ever mental midget is manager needs to be replaced; INSTANTLY. Going to give my business to another establishment, sad, because I really liked this place
Unlike the very popular car wash on broad and James staff was sparse. I had no idea where to park or how to get service. After someone finally spoke to me they started on my car. I got the best package which is $22 and asked for armoral on the inside an extra $7. So for $30 I'm expecting the most amazing car wash and vacuum ever WRONG!! My car comes out of the wash and when he pulls it forward I see there is a dent in my front bumper!!! When I asked him about he tried to say it was on there before and he saw it. Now common sense tells me if I'm taking someone's $25,000 car into my hands if there is this huge dent I'm going to point it out so there is a mutual understanding of responsibility. The man who I am assuming is the manager started yelling at me and told me to leave. I told him I wasn't leaving since my service was not complete. At which point he said he would give me a refund and to just leave. I called my husband and he told me to just come home and we will call our attorney.
I visited your facility on 2/20/16 at 12:21pm, and sat in line for 47 minutes. I paid for my wash, and selected the $18 package...then a young kid comes out and gives me a coupon for a $7 free wash, and says sorry it's broke..... What? I waited almost AN ENTIRE HOUR and paid, and then I'm told I can come back for a wash that is $7 and can not be refunded my amount? Then a heavy guy with brown hair named Brian comes out and hand writes "free $18 wash" on a gift card envelope. So, I went back to work, and decided maybe after work SINCE I ALREADY PAID $18 WITH NO WASH, AND NO RETURN, I would try this again. At 4:58pm I entered the complex and went to the end of the line... waited until 5:37pm. I drove up to YET ANOTHER BROKEN WASH! Twice in one day? I wasted a CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MY DAY IN LINE FOR A $18 CAR WASH THAT I PAID FOR, WAITED TWICE, AND DID NOT GET. I am absolutely livid, and as my first experience with Goo-Goo and will absolutely never be back nor recommend this facility.
Nice place just a shame they can't get anyone to get to work on time, Sunday is a bad day who ever opens is an hour late right now. This company needs to know that there staff is very unreliable
