I droped my car off a short while back an I told them to do 1 thing my car SAT there for 6 hours they called me back an said can we keep it till tomorrow I said no came back picked up my car an wen to afflictions on Morse Rd an they wer ����that's all I ask 4 lmao
For Selection:It would appear that some businesses prefer to service the customer from online rather than to provide a product in-house. When I go to a store it is to make a purchase and walk-out with that purchase within the hour not take the time, energy and money to go in and shop only to be told the item is only available online and with a six to seven day wait for delivery. It defeats the whole idea. For Service:Some of the sales personnel are unprofessional in their dealing with the general public. They are NOT the owner only the employee. The whole purpose is to serve "THE EVERY CUSTOMER" with courtesy and professionalism. Some seemed to have forgotten that fact or never heard of it in the first place.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have internet only with TW and it has not been working for well over 2 weeks. I called and asked them to ship me a new modem to try that first since I work most all hours that they might send a technician. They said I would have to pay $9.99 shipping and I agreed to that because that is cheaper than taking time off work to wait for a technician to arrive, even if it is within a one hour window. It was promised to arrive WEDS. of last week. I did not receive, but had a very busy work and personal schedule so I did not have time to call them again until Monday. They tried to tell me a modem is missing, but they could not locate any tracking information or anything else to prove they ever shipped it. They finally agreed to send another and I was to get in 2 to 3 business days. It is Friday and I still do not have it. When I called they can find no evidence that one shipped to me. REALLY?? Nearest store open Sat. is hour+ trip. Stupid!
I BOUGHT A keyboard for 53.73 and when i got home to check my bank statement it said from best buy 68.97 i did not get extra protection on the keyboard i told the girl at the register no. i suspect something stinks at this store check your bank account when you get home just to make sure will report later when i find out what haqppened
Terrible Customer Service! I switched to a different provider and called that same day to discontinue service. The agent ignored my request and I received another month bill. I called a second time only to be told my account was still active and even though my number had been ported to a new carrier I was still liable for the charges. Terrible service!
I purchased an "open box" refrigerator that did not work, lost all my food. The manager was very sympathetic and replaced it with a new one. I won't have any reservations about going back for more appliances.
It is a very long story but to make it short. I bought something online. They wanted me to wait in a hour 1/2 line to get it. When I told them I should not have to wait with the regular customers that did not order online the store manager Vicky Perry tried filling vandalism charges on me for brushing past a sign with my shoulder that did not fall, break, or move.Stop buying from big box stores. You are not getting the "great customer service" that we used to get. Get your things from amazon, ebay, or at the very lest micro center on the west side.
Ok, let me clear something up before I write this review. Time Warner does not deserve a 4 star rating, but if you need help with your Time Warner Cable account, this is the number to call. I have put off making a customer service call for weeks now because I had such problems setting up my account. I spent 7 hours on the phone and talked to at least 16 people (not a joke, I wrote down each name as I got a new person on the phone) and finally told them to just come out and shut down my account before anything got taken care of. So when I made this phone call, just to find out why only two devices could sign into wifi and nothing else, I thought that I was going to be on the phone forever. But the customer service rep new just what to do and I was off the phone in 20 minutes with everything working just like it is supposed to! I saved this number in my phone so that I can always call it when I have problems!
