Posting mainly not because lost some money, but because it hurts to see how we trading our values for just a few bucks. Bought brand new, packaged entry door handle kit. Opened package to find out that it is no good - quality of materials, workmanship, not working as intended. Brought back to the store - manager flat out refuses to deal with the issue - no refund, no store credit, no offer to exchange - he even did not touched the product to verify the claims. All was done by the guy standing in line behind me. WORST OF ALL - REFUSED TO REMOVE THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS OFF THE SHELVE. Looks like some of the modern day charity turns out to be front store for some crooked business. Hope it was only manager's incompetence in dealing with a simple issues.
I had the worst experience with this company. The case manager was rude and unprofessional. They set my daughter back so far I didn't know if her behavior would ever change. The case manager she had you can tell was wet behind the ears and tried to push what little power he had. He failed to give me a copy of my child's plan in a timely manner and had I not filed a complaint against him I doubt that I would have received one, he violated all of my client rights, he sent my child to a foster home without my prior knowledge and he did not contact the family member I gave him and lied on paperwork. Luckily I was able to get my child out of this horrible situation and back home. Unfortunately they did more damage than help, never offered any services. It was just a waste of time.
The staff is very unprofessional and can not follow their own rules. They escalate problems instead of defusing them and like to get happy about suspending associates with no good reason.
Today, August 22, 2016. I called the # listed; 614-272-2076 & received a recording telling me that this # isn't no longer in service. This is the USA federal government right?
Don't use a credit card ,the bar maids will reap u off by charging u more then what the drinks cost,they got me last night for $20 bucks!!! Sorry Mfs, 20 bucks a person is a lot of money!!!

I am disappointed in this place have literally been on hold for 1/2hr and not one person has picked up to say someone will be with you shortly.
If you need drug rehab in Columbus that actually works then call Legacy. My sister has been clean for almost 6 months thanks to the help she got from Legacy.
they delated my wife green card and other informations from their system, during the interview the case worker tells me if I fax my wife green card before the end of her shift she will process the case ,it was 11 am I told I will fax it in 20 mintes, I fax it twice , I waited 2 weeks no answerd , I call job and familly services who contacted my case worker who called me wondering if I did fax her the green card ,, I said I did , she goes ohh ok I will review this and process it today, in the end of the day . She denied my request for FS in the end .
Horrible experience. I do not recommend this place unless you are in dire need of help and can't get it anywhere else. I sought mental health treatment, not addiction/recovery services--perhaps the experience is different for those looking for help with drug and /or alcohol addiction.
