DISCRIMINATION! A client with developmental disabilities was treated poorly (harsh waxing - to the point that she needed to go to the HOSPITAL, rude service-provider) and when I called, the manager said they only provide services to “NORMAL PEOPLE” and to never send her back here. They refused to provide any kind of refund or service voucher. DO NOT GO HERE.

Please do not come here! Horrible customer service! I came here for the first time to have my standard gel manicure done, I was talked into getting the Nexigen "dip" manicure by the nail tech as she stated it was a better option than gel because it lasts longer and does not chip. I can usually go at least 3 weeks with the same gel manicure. After about a week my nails were all chipped and one came completely off! When I came back to talk to the nail tech the nail tech was away from her station and the receptionist told me to just stand and wait rather than letting her know I was here and then proceeded to go to lunch, 25 minutes late the nail tech finally appeared. After showing her pictures of my chipped and tattered nails she proceeded to tell me it was standard and refused to refund or re-do my nails. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK, biggest waste of $60.00!
I purchased a wig on Saturday! My receipt was in my hand! I signed the copy for the store also. Then I asked for the lace to be cut. The owner then says I did not pay enough for the wig and REFUSED to give me the wig I purchased that I had a receipt in my hand for and demanded I pay more money because HER employee was new and tagged the wig wrong. Mind you I frequent this store and have bought at least 5 wigs this year! I spotted the wig I tried to purchase on Saturday the last time I came in to buy a wig and the price tag also said $123 3 weeks ago when I came in. I called the police and was told I would receive a refund. I have the refund receipt but no refund as of yet! This is horrible customer service and I fee violated! I will be pursuing civil charges and disputing the charge with my bank because I was charged $101 for a wig I don’t have! �
This place is horrible with your time, I went in to get my first balance on March 23, 2018. By Cassie I got my first fullset 2 weeks prior by Lynn Lann and her nail filling skills were horrible I believe she rushed I also got eyelashes and a deluxe pedi so when I got my balance I explained to Cassie the girl didn't do my nails to well and Cassie fixed them but they broke on Monday March 26. And they took for ever 45 minutes to be exact to repair the nail and at first they acted like they didn't want to repair it
Where to begin. I am an employee within Easton gateway and can easily walk over from where I work, which is one reason why I started going, also because I had heard a couple other people say they liked going over there and that they had a bar so for months I'd been wanting to check it out. Finally did, my first experience was great got a gel mani no complaints. But let me tell you that after my third visit things drastically went downhill. I go in the girls working are on their phones CONSTANTLY, they're DRINKING ON THE JOB (completely inappropriate in my eyes, at least try to be discreet but instead we're advertising all the liquor mixed in their drinks, talking openly about personal lives inappropriately, the list goes on. I had a brand new set of acrylics put on on 12/29/17 and a week later to the day they were grown out and looked awful because my cuticles weren't even touched (mind you I'm a cosmetologist I have been trained and licensed in nails if I was ambidextrous I'd do them myself but..). I came in to have them fixed and the owner was rude, immediately tried charging me for gel before even asking if I needed gel, and gave me a hard time in general. Here I am a week after getting them fixed and they're grown out and one just broke completely in half. NEVER COME HERE .

I have been to a lot of nail salons around the columbus area and I have to say this was the best experience I've had in a while. My nail technician was so attentive to details, and I'm a very picky person. I would give more stars if I could.
I have been going to lee and tony for over 12years and they have always given me good service, never had a problem with anything they have done for me they are like my 2nd family all love the whole staff cant wait to see them again.
I got my eyebrows threaded there and Tara was awesome!! I love the results and now go back there regularly!!! I also got my nails gone with the chrome polish they just got in and Sunny did great!! The receptionist is also very welcoming!!
