For Selection:It would appear that some businesses prefer to service the customer from online rather than provide a product in-house. When I go to a store it is to make a purchase and walk-out with that purchase within the hour not take the time, energy and money to go in and shop only to be told the item is only available online and with a six to seven day wait for delivery. It defeats the whole idea. For Service:Some of the sales personnel are unprofessional in their dealing with the general public. They are NOT the OWNER only the employee. Their whole purpose is to serve "THE EVERY CUSTOMER" with COURTESY and PROFESSIONALISM. Some seemed to have forgotten that fact or never heard it in the first place.
Brought an item went to return it 20 minutes later and they would not take it back but never said no return policy when it was bought. Would not give me corporate number and refused any help at all.
Great Services, fast and professional. did change my iPhone screen, with a one month warranty, no other store do, they did great job, recommended worried free with their services.
This place buys stolen iPhones. My iPhone tracker brought it right here and the man at the counter wouldn't allow law enforcement to let us see the tapes. Detectives won't I've you the time of day in this poor neighborhood. Do not buy from this place

I BOUGHT A keyboard for 53.73 and when i got home to check my bank statement it said from best buy 68.97 i did not get extra protection on the keyboard i told the girl at the register no. i suspect something stinks at this store check your bank account when you get home just to make sure will report later when i find out what haqppened
I purchased an "open box" refrigerator that did not work, lost all my food. The manager was very sympathetic and replaced it with a new one. I won't have any reservations about going back for more appliances.

I took my phone in to have the charging port replaced. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up until I tried to make a phone call. Now no one can hear me when I speak into the phone. I brought it back to have it fixed but after they tried and failed, they insisted it was a manufacturing issue. I told them it worked before I brought it to them for the other repair but they kept insisting it wasn't their fault. I asked for a refund since they damaged my phone beyond repair and they refused. Basically, I paid them $40 to break my phone. I should have saved my money and purchased a new phone instead.
Took my laptop to Speedy Tech it was a fabulous experience! My laptop was running so SLOW I had to get it fixed or buy a new one. I choose Speedy because they have a free diagnosis so if it was going to cost too much to fix it I didn't have to pay anything. The guy that helped me was really nice and knowledgable. To my amazement he said he could getting running like new for $49 and to come back in two hours. I thought hmmmmm no way but I agreed to leave it with him and came back about two hours later. I walked in and he said "OK you are ready to go"! So I check it out before I left and I was shocked! It was like new! Fast and popup free. YEAH! These guys are great. I am telling everyone.
