My daughter and I decided to stop by and take a look around for any cars that she may be interested in. We knew we weren't going to buy anything today and we let the twins team know that. Even if they knew they weren't going to make a sale with me at the moment, they still were happy to show me and my daughter around and answer all the questions that we had! They are a wonderful team with great respect for their customers! I would recommend them to anyone! We will be back soon!
I have purchased many Kia cars from Hatfield. I recently had my wife's Kia Soul in for service. It only ha d 32000 miles on it but the A/C had quit. Found out that freon was low. I was originally told when I called that it was under warranty. The AC unit was under warranty but low coolant was not. The service manager was very sorry and polite about the bad information and took care of the problem anyway. This was a $190.00 mistake on their part but were very apologetic and professional. Thank you Hatfield. You didn't have to do that but you have a customer for life. Also my salesman ( Dustin Durzo ) was very helpful and got the best rate for us. Very honest young man.

Fantastic place to purchase a vehicle or to have one worked on! I had our car in for service today and they went above and beyond and did a beautiful job washing the car as well. The General Manager (Freddy Tamayo), Service Manager (Tim Kerrigan), Service Advisor (Frank Guinta) and others were helpful, friendly and professional. Tyson Harris (a Salesman) struck up a conversation with me while I was there, and he was very nice. They have a beautiful new dealership that is accross the road from where they were. It's super nice. Our daughter love the children's play room - where I watched a movie with her. I overhead a salesman do a thorough job explaining the ins and outs of the new car the person was there to buy. There was trail mix to snack on and a variety of drinks to choose from, as well as comfortable chairs and a television in the waiting area.I walked outside and took a look at some cars. They were clean and I looked more than once down a row of cars to see how straight they were. I've worked at dealerships before, and that wasn't easy. A couple of other cool things were the super fast service entry doors! The other was a huge fan in that area. All in all I was treated very well. The atmosphere was professional, and staff was helpful. I love our Subaru, and would highly recommend them. It's roomy, has a nice ride, and the all wheel drive gets around excellent in the snow. Went in to buy a new or low mile used Cadillac XTS. The selection as poor and they wanted me to buy a used XTS with scratches all over it. That vehicle should of never been on their lot. Instead they had me drive what I did not want an ATS and a CTS, this is not what the customer wanted. I was not given the consideration or time of day. I requested if they could search for the vehicle I want at other dealerships and they gave me no response. Just because I came in wearing my comfortable old blue jeans and old Ohio State University hat, don't assume I can not buy. Your young buff arrogant sales force needs to treat locals with respect. I went to Classic Cadillac in Cleveland and was treated with Excellent Customer Service.

They have their "mechanic" try and fix it and they completely ruin the engine!!!! I'd ride a COTA bus for the rest of my life before buying ANYTHING from these criminals....they need to be shut down!!!! I'll put money into an attorney before dealing with these tools!!! Karma is coming!!!
0 STARS. I bought a used 2006 RAV4 from Select Auto Sales on 5/13/16 for $6,800. I had taken it for a test drive and an inspection and reassured that the car "ran great".I took it to a Toyota dealership for a full inspection where they found major issues that amounted to approximately $3,000- $3,500 worth of repairs. I called Mop at Select Auto Sales explaining the situation and my frustration and he continually denied any knowledge of the car’s need for repairs, despite the fact that he said that he has his mechanic check out every car that comes to the lot. If they are taking their cars to a mechanic that clearly does not know what he is doing, then that is reflective of the rest of their business. He took no responsibility for the issue and instead told me that he “borrowed money from the bank for these cars” so he would not be willing to buy the car back or make any accommodations. This business is run cheaply and without compassion.
Bought my new Beetle conv in Oct 2014 on the condition I would receive different wheels. Was made very clear I wasn't interested in the car unless the wheels were swapped out. 18 months and 23k miles later and I still don't have them. Attempted to check in on the situation while getting my second oil change and was told they won't be following through bc I left a negative review on FB. Rather than rectifying the situation so I could update my review to a more positive one, they turned me away altogether. I've also had countless problems with my car and the service department has yet to handle things with any bit of proper customer service. I couldn't regret this purchase more if I tried. Byer's is a nightmare of unfulfilled promises, absolutely terrible customer service, and far less than thorough management. Save yourself the headache and go to MAG.
