Have been looking for a great dentist since moving to OH almost 3 years ago and FINALLY found them!
Took my son to his first dentist appointment. I'm proud of him he did good however I wouldn't recommend Worthington Pediatric dentist office to anyone. They didn't greet us at all.... My son started crying at first so they stuck us in a back room where no one was being seen away from the normal colorful kids room where other kids were being seen. They took away the entire child experience from him. They didn't even try. He sat there and had his appointment like a big boy. Once we finished we were told where to exit, no one walked us thru. We walk past the exit patient counter where yet again no one said anything like have a good day, did you wana schedule your next appointment. Just very high and dry and rude! I was very observant when the assistant greeted others... She seemed very polite and even sparked convo. Idk what they had against me in that office I felt like my business wasn't priority.
