Had a good stay here. Was cautious being an extended stay, but they treated me like family. Great staff! Becky always went out of her way to help me out whenever I needed a hand bring in groceries or whatever.



The worst stay

Well for starters the whole experience there was bad. It feels like your in a concrete box. And the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. I had to come twice just to register for a room. As I was walking in to register. Your whole staff was walking outside to smoke. Didnt even acknowledge me as I was standing there. Also you have to put a 100 dollar deposit plus pay for the week. They took my money out right away but as to return your deposit it takes 10 days they say. They say it is my banks fault. So if I could give this place a star it would be 5 negative stars.

This hotel charged me more than they should have/evicted me when I'd paid. I contested but they refused to even attempt to resolve it. I contacted the corporate offices repeatedly & never got contacted for resolution. I filed a BBB complaint of which Value Place never responded to the BBB. As of today, the BBB shows two complaints filed against this Value Place for ""Billing or Collection Issues"" and Value Place has not responded to either! They also aren't a member of the BBB and currently have an ""F"" rating. You can view this yourself at the Columbus Ohio BBB which this web page wont let me post the link but you can use a search engine.

Do you really want to stay at a place that won't attempt to resolve an issue? Especially a financial one?
