Overall

I hired these guys because of the service they claim they do on their website which includes Pre-Vacuuming, Pre-Conditioning, Pre-Spotting, Agitation, Hot Water Extraction, and Carpet Grooming. All they did was Pre-Condition and Hot Water Extraction. My carpet looks a little better, but not great. Also, when they were done, they just pulled the hose through the house back into their truck. It banged it's way along my walls and down the hallway ... all the way out the front door. The only reason why I gave them two stars is because I do see some difference in my carpet. But I will never use them again.

Overall
terrible customer service

I called originally a few days before thanksgiving and the answering machine said they would call back in 30 minutes or less. I figured they were busy due to the holiday so Wednesday I

used the online scheduler for an appointment for Saturday at 10 a.m. 15 minutes past the scheduled time someone calls to say they do not come to Newark on the weekends and they would reschedule for a week day if they could.be the first appointment. I am furious that no one noticed this days before so we could've looked elsewhere and not moved all the furniture to the porch. Rescheduling for days later was the only option and they didn't care that they'd confirmed the appointment without noticing the location. What a joke!
