I trusted Dr. Weller with two of my cats health over the last 5 years and she disappointed me terribly. She lacked such compassion and professionalism recently. My cat was diagnosed with a terminal illness and she was not helpful at all with the entire experience. She even was forcing my cat to sit down aggresively and exclaiming "sit down!" as pushing her hips into the metal desk. She then told me that she was "a very mean cat" And come to 2 days later, I find out she has leukemia that has spread to her bones. No wonder she wasnt happy because she was hurting her!! Thinking about this experience just makes me sick. I don't understand why Dr. Weller has become so negative but it has really affected the practice and I will no longer be bringing any of my cats here.

I've been going to the Cat Doctor for many years and was highly impressed from the beginning. Dr. Weller knows cats like nobody's business! She is not only excepetionally well qualified in providing medical care for felines, she is also very kind and compassionate, a true professional! I lost two cats in recent years. The first was an emergency and it was just awful. I awoke one morning to find her basically catatonic, and called the Cat Doctor's office and took my Cleo over immediately. I was so upset, bawling and basically inconsolable. Dr. Weller was very caring and sympathetic. She explained that Cleo was dying and the only humane thing we could do was put her down. Until then, I hadn't lost a pet since childhood. Dr. Weller made a traumatic experience a bit more bearable. A few weeks later, I received a letter from Tufts Vet School indicating that Dr. W. made a donation to advance feline medical research in Cleo's name! How impressive is that!!! The other staff are wonderful as well, friendly, helpful and professional. In addition, her prices are quite reasonable and she offers a discount for multiple cat owners. As others have indicated, Dr. W. doesn't order unnecessary tests and tries to keep costs as low as possible. I TOTALLY trust her!
About a year and a half ago my Mom and I moved to New Jersey for her job. What a long drive in the car that was, thought we would never get there. The one thing I hated about moving from Columbus, Ohio to NJ was that I wouldn't get to see Dr. Weller anymore. She had been my doctor since my Mom adopted me when I was three years old. I am a chocolate point Himilayan and very beautiful if I say so myself. I know Dr. Weller misses me too. Shortly after my Mom adopted me I started having a problem with my eye, Dr. Weller told Mom it was a corneal sequestram and that I would need surgery. She sent Mom and me to a specialist who I think was one of her college professors, darn right now I can't remember his name. Anyway I had the surgery and I was fine. Other than just the usual stuff Dr. Weller always was wonderful to me and Mom. My adopted brother, Bailey passed away from cancer right before Mom and I left for Jersey. I knew that would be hard for Mom to deal with, so I had to stay strong for her. After all I am no kid anymore myself, I'll be 17 in
January. So you can see Dr. Weller had been my vet for over 12 years. I miss her, I miss Sarah and the rest of the staff. The best Vet I ever knew, luv ya Dr. Weller.

Dr. Weller is very educated regarding cats; advanced training that most vets don't have. Training that took much time and effort. She knows cats like no other vet ever could.
She is caring, sensitive and compasionate, to you and your cat. Anything she says is always comprehendable and said with the utmost respect and compassion.
No-one else cared for my cats while I lived in Columbus and upon my return, Dr.Weller will resume caring for my two cats.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR CATS, TAKE THEM TO DR. WELLER AT THE CAT DOCTOR!
