Do not go here if you need orthotics. They tell you that you are getting custom molded orthotics but what you will get is far from it. They do NOT take molds, but merely scan the bottom of your foot with no weight applied. Mine that I received provided less support than the generic off the shelf insoles I had before that cost a fraction of the price. After attempting to "adjust" them and waiting another month, they did not fit my feet at all. The Pickerington office then refused to refund forcing me to file a chargeback. Unfortunately since everything had taken 4 months the deposit was too old to file for, leaving me with worthless orthotics that cost me 340 dollars out of pocket plus all the co-pays from the doctor visits. Save your money and go somewhere that makes proper orthotics
