        Tim Steele was knowledgeable of the problem with my washer upon initial phone call. He arrived at the scheduled time and had the part for repair in hand. He repaired the washer in 20 minutes and was up front and honest about what was wrong. He is Affordable and Professional. Steele Appliance will definitely be who I will contact in the future if needed. Thanks Tim !!

        Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the dryer and talked to us about the manufacturer warranty. Even came back out two days later when our dryer was making a weird noise free of charge! Would recommend!

        Overall

        I called today regarding a gas burner on my stove not lighting. I received a prompt return call and was talked through what to troubleshoot and techniques that might help, after which my burner lit and functioned well. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy provided and will use this company for any future appliance repair needs.
