Second Chance Consignment Shop

Florie dressed me for a formal Manhattan wedding, and I received many compliments on the look she put together for me. I usually wear yoga pants or jeans, and I’m not 22 years old or a size 6 anymore. I was dreading buying formal clothes.

Working in the Designer Room at Second Chance, Florie made the experience fun! She picked out a dress my husband and I had passed up because we thought it looked looked boring. Surprisingly, it looked better on me than it did on the hanger, and it was comfortable. My stylish cousins loved the look when I saw them at the wedding. I told them I had a very good saleswoman. They were impressed!

I had the dress cleaned and altered at Rockwood Dry Cleaners in New Albany. They did a great job and were nice people.

Florie sold me a ballet flats and a designer purse to go with the dress, and she advised me on jewelry. It was like having my own stylist!
