Swedish Massage
Swedish massage was developed in the latter 18th century by Per Henrik Ling, a Swedish native whose innovative physical therapy was introduced to America in the mid-19th century. Ling’s innovative technique was based on Euro-American medical knowledge of human physiology.
Deep Tissue Massage
As the name implies, deep tissue techniques are designed to work on a deeper level than other massages. The practitioner focuses on a problem area of the body, such as, a region with an injury of some sort. The deep tissue massage helps release toxins and gets blood flowing through the muscles. Once toxins are cleared, then the blood will flow more freely. In other words, more oxygen will speed into the problem areas and speeds up the healing process. Deep Tissue Massage is successful in helping with chronic pain, muscle injuries, as well as, stress and emotional release.
Sports Massage
When a client walks into Sean’s Massage Center for a sports massage or any other service, he or she is immersed into an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and healing. A number of massage techniques are utilized to stimulate the body’s reproductive organs: Swedish massage therapy, deep tissue massage, reflexology and more. Swedish massage is a full body massage applied with light to medium pressure on select areas of the body. Deep Tissue Massage uses firm pressure to stimulate blood flow at a deeper level than other massage techniques.

Sean accommodated my busy schedule and found an appointment time that worked for me. Sean gave me my first reflexology massage on my feet. I enjoyed it, Sean did a great job!

Chiropractic Injury Treatment
His additional credits include completing more than 200 hours of training in Advanced Myofacial Therapy/ Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Lastone Therapy and earned his certification as a Lastone Therapist. He is also BWC Provider, Personal Injury Provider, and a Massage Instructor. Sean has an impressive list of clientele. He has performed massages for members of the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers and Sports Medicine Grant & Orthopedic Associates.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture: Members of our staff are fully trained and certified in the ancient science of acupuncture therapy. This technique stimulates natural pressure points on the human body to alleviate discomfort.
