Where do I start? We have been dealing with bed bugs and cockroaches for over 5 months now. The management has some unknown person/business come to "spray" what ever he really does (nothing). Bugs are still a major issue. I have lived all over Columbus and other parts of Ohio, and for about 20 years now I have been renting places and never had to deal with bugs like this place has. We contacted the B.B.B. the "manager" of the rental company came out... Saw how crappy the place was, said yeaaa we plan to make it better... "blah, blah, blah." They are still yet to take any action what so ever. Pretty much a huge joke. Very ridiculous to have to deal with bugs for this long without seeing any progress. Not to mention the "company" who mows the grass.. I have had 2 of my vehicles hit and constantly covered with grass because they do not understand the simple concept of mowing away from cars.

You get what you paid for, they are slum-lords!!! I know you want you child to go to Dublin public School but living here is not worth it and please ask to see the property/townhouse before you sign the lease!
