Swedish Massage
Kate graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage and has been practicing massage therapy full time since 2014.Throughout Kate's career as a Massage Therapist, she has worked alongside several other wellness professionals such as-chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and sports therapists all of which have aided her in becoming the therapist she is today. Kate specializes in combining deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and Swedish massage to effectively address problem areas, loosen muscle tissue, release tension, and deactivate trigger points. She is also able to combine some of these methods with cupping treatments, as well as kinesio-taping to pin point specific muscle groups causing tension within the tissue. She enjoys being able to modify each massage session based on her clients needs so that she can focus on maximizing your time and making each session as beneficial as possible.

Brenna joined our office June of 2022 and is a recent graduate from The Columbus School of Medical Massage. Brenna grew up and currently resides in Delaware Ohio. Brenna choose massage therapy for her career because she is passionate about helping patients relieve their pain in an alternative way, after seeing how it has personally helped her family members. Brenna quickly realized once enrolled in the massage school she had even more desire to help others! With this passion she strives to continue her education in many modalities to better expand her knowledge. When not massaging Brenna loves ALL things coffee, travel and concerts.

Chiropractic Adjustments
An adjustment is used to treat dysfunction in a joint or motion segment in which alignment, movement and integrity and/or physiological function are altered. the way a chiropractor treats neck and back pain. a common method The intention of a chiropractic adjustment is to introduce motion in a fixated spinal joint. Fixations prevent this natural circulation and can cause disc thinning and degeneration. Intersegmental traction helps increase and restore necessary elasticity and motion to the spine.
