I'm a new Kelly BMW customer and have been extremely impressed with their service department, even though this dealership is across town for me. They are always very nice and professional---and communicate extraordinarily well, considering the insane volume of customers that they handle daily. This dealership represents the BMW brand well.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE LAST 3-YEARS EXACTLY 3 VEHICLES AT KELLY BMW. ONE SPECIAL ORDER M-6, ONE 135ic AND AN X-5 4.8is. THE SALES EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST I HAVE FOUND ON A BMW DEALER. I CAME HERE FROM FLORIDA WITH A VEHICLE PURCHASED OUT OF STATE, AND FROM DAY ONE I WAS TREATED NOT AS AN OUT-OF-STATE BUYER BUT AS A GENUINE BMW OWNER, GIVEN LOANER CARS WHEN SERVICE WAS REQUIRED AND ALL THE PERKS AS THOUGH I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE AT KELLY. THAT IS WHAT SETS THEM APART, THE TREATMENT OF THE CUSTOMER IS TO BMW STANDARDS, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY, NOT JUST THE CLICKISH LOCAL STANDARD AS YOU SEE AT M.A.G.(THEY WOULD NOT GIVE YOU A LOANER UNLESS YOU PURCHASED THERE, I WENT THERE FIRST IN '01! I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM BMW ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE STATE OF OHIO, BUT AT KELLY. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY WINDSHIELD WASHERS DURING THE WINTER AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ACTUALLY SENT A TECHNICIAN TO MY WORKPLACE TO CHANGE OUT THE BLADES. THIS IS SIMPLY AWESOME SERVICE!!, I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE ON BOTH THE SERVICE AND THE SALES DEPARTMENT AS I OWN 3 BMW PRODUCTS AND SERVICE THEM REGULARLY THERE, AND NOW ALL HAVE BEEN PURCHASED THERE. I've purchased 4 BMWs in Columbus Ohio over the last 5 years. The last three I purchased through Kelly BMW.
First and foremost, the sales experience has been exceptional. Tim Rittenhouse was very knowledgeable and courteous, spending the extra time to guide me through my purchase decisions. The Finance process was extremely reputable, allowing me to understand exactly what I was buying. My service experience has also been outstanding.
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my next BMW purchase.

I?ve purchased a dozen cars from Kelly BMW over the years. During that time, I think I?ve met most of the people who work at the dealership. I can say, unequivocally, that all of the people I?ve encountered at Kelly -- from the Sales Manager to the service writers to the receptionists to the guys in the shop -- have been unflinchingly professional, personable, and willing to go the extra mile. The sales process has always been completely above board, without the usual car dealer bait-and-switch shenanigans. More importantly, that same level of customer service continues long after the sale, too. Whenever I?ve had a problem or an issue with one of my cars, I know that it will be adequately addressed by the team at Kelly, giving me one less thing to worry about.
I buy BMWs because I love the brand, but I buy them from Kelly BMW because I know that I will be valued as customer long after I?ve signed on the dotted line.

I have a 2007 335i coupe that I bought new. It has been in and out of the shop repeatedly, mostly for the well known high pressure fuel pump problems. My treatment by Kelly BMW is certainly not on par with the >$50k I spent. My complaints about various problems were summarily dismissed on multiple occasions, treating me as if the problems were in my head. One time it wasn't until I made the head mechanic take a ride with me on the highway did they agree that my rear wheel was vibrating loudly. I'm getting out of this car and certainly will never purchase from Kelly BMW again. I've canceled my plans for a new 650 convertible and heading to Audi.

I?ve been going to Kelly BMW since 2001. Always excellent and courteous service. They have services three vehicles (more than 220,000 miles worth) for me and their track record is remarkable - never left me hanging and always finding and fixing the problem.
The sales process was painless, above board and they know their cars. Best dealer in the Columbus area ? regardless of brand.

Kelly BMW?s used department manager Mick Turner is extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. First, when we were talking to the salesman, he would yell from across the dealership offering to take off the warranty and other add-ons to lower the price, instead of coming to us and talk to us directly.
After making our first offer, which although it was a few thousand dollars apart form the asking price it was very close to what the salesperson hinted they would sell the car for if we bought that day, the manager yelled from across the room ?bye, have a good day? and waved his hand and pointed towards the door!!! He technically kicked us out for trying to negotiate his price.
We left but I was very upset because of the way we were treated so I went back to tell him that. In a very respectful and calm tone, I told him that it was disrespectful to treat us that way and throw us out for trying to negotiate, but not only he did not apologize, he added to the insult and started arguing. He affirmed that he treated us the way we were supposed to be treated because I insulted him by trying to negotiate his price. I left and I will never go back. Unbelievable.

I wasnt allowed to test drive bmw coz he saw me drive a toyotaa corolla up to his office???? HELL he drives a 1987 pontiac..he shuldnt even b working.... Was I there for fun..to waste my time looking at their faces?? Or am i supposed to bring a check for 30K *price of the car* in the name of kelly bmw ?

The Service Manager appears not to have knowledge of basic things. On top of it he has an attitude that is condescending.
I made several attempts to contact the General Manager and left voice mails.No response. I should not be surprised that customer service is poor: its the shadow of the leader!!
