The food is great, and the hours make the restaurant simply amazing!!! If it wasn't for the emotionally and mentally retarded woman Nikki, I could call it a pleasant experience.... But she has a funky attitude and can't take an order to save her life.... So I suggest that YOU ALL try this wonderful food.... Just make sure that Nikki is off first!!!
I've been a regular customer for a long time, but after the way I've been treated tonight, NEVER AGAIN. I had my order taken by a woman named Misty or Missy, and to say that this woman's attitude is BEYOND nasty would be an understatement. She was very pleasant when she took my order over the phone, but that all changed, after she entered it wrong, and I called back in. She was extremely disrespectful, uncaring, combative and argumentative.
The worst part of the call was when I started to explain what was wrong with my sandwich (it had cheese on it). She claimed I asked for it, and when I explained that I wouldn't do that, because I can't have it her response was, "Ok, well what do you want me to do about it." When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager, (which is not true), and when I asked about the owner, her tone with me got even worse, and she refused to give me the owners name. By the time I got off the phone with her, I was so upset I was shaking.
I drove up there in the middle of the night to speak to a manager, and demand my money back. When I got there, her attitude towards me, was just as nasty as it was over the phone IN FRONT of the manager (Angela) and the rest of the staff (getting smart with me, rolling her eyes, etc..). I completely lost my cool. I was so angry I was almost in tears, and by the time I left she had been called every name in the book. Angela who was very nice issued a refund, swapped my drink out for the right one, and offered to re-make my food, which I declined.
She also assured me that she was going to have a chat with her employee, which is of little solace to me. The fact that they would continue to employee this person, and that she was so comfortable treating me like that in front of management SPEAKS VOLUMES about this business, and their level of customer service, so now i'm off to Facebook to spread the word about this business, and I will never order from them again.
