G-S Marble & Granite

Run as fast as you can! We couldn’t be more disappointed. First they dropped one of our pieces of granite countertops right in our driveway as they are unloading it off the truck. As they walk in with a chip on the corner I immediately say something, but Pablo insists he will repair and we won't ever know it’s there. After 2 times of attempting to "make it look like it's not there" I still see it's there. Never offered to replace. Then my island has a scratch on it. They insist they didn't do it - the scratch wasn't there when we picked out our granite. This type of scratch is from another piece of granite. After Pablo attempted to "buff" it out it looks even worse and now we have 2 burn marks you can see in the light. He insists there is nothing more he can do - that he didn't scratch it that it's in the stone. We have had several other granite reps out here and ALL say it was scratched being poorly transported. We also have 3 small countertop pieces that were not from the 2 slabs we chose. I believe they used scrap pieces for these 3 smaller pieces and kept the other big slab for another job because this dark line that is in the stone going through the granite was not on the original slabs we chose - something shady about that! We have voiced our frustrations and concerns to Pablo and he has basically told us there is nothing they can do and was completely unwilling to work with us. Oh but we can buy another piece of granite for our island and he will gladly do it for $35 a sq foot - really? I bet you would like to offer to do that when you have left over granite from our original slabs! There was MORE than enough granite left over to re-cut our island and bring us a new one! I know they have some of the best installation prices but please take it from me...go use someone else, The money you save isn't worth the headache, stress and frustrations!

Had granite installed awhile ago by this company and I have to say that the customer service was excellent, everybody I delt with was very polite and helpful. I put them to the test and they passed. I will be using them for my future projects I have with my company.

WARNING....WARNING......Gs Marble and Granite run don't walk! This company owner is the worst to deal with and they are unprofessional and inferior work quality. They did my kitchen granite three times and it is still wrong. Then to top it off the final bill was more than what our contract said. RANDY the salesman is horrible and never returned calls after making the sale.

This company does not do the things they say they will do. They are not on time if they show up at all. They are unprofessional. They wont call back or email you when they say they will once you have signed the contract. The silicone/caulking is sloppy, the messed up the wall in our bathroom, they didnt even put any caulking in our one bathroom between the backsplash and the counter, they got caulk on our brand new kitchen cabinets and didnt even try and clean it off, they got a small stain on our carpet from walking through the house in their shoes and not even offering to put something over their shoes. The man and woman who own this company are the most unprofessional/impossible people to work with. They also tried to make us pay more money for our granite than we had agreed on and then literally laughed at me and insaulted me for arguing with them over $100. They may be cheaper than other companies but this is an instance where you get what you pay for and I would not recommend them to anyone.
