First off I just want to say that Dawghouse has excellent food. We moved to the area at the beginning of October and we THOUGHT we had found a pizza place we both loved. We had ordered from this business about 4 or 5 times since and not once has them delivering to us been an issue at all AND their drivers have always been very pleasant. Today though I went to order delivery and The girl taking orders on the phone very rudely informed me, "uh we don't deliver to you." I asked her when this happened and she told me that it says in the computer that they do not deliver to us and never have and that the managers put it in the system that way. I then, very confused, asked to speak to a manager then because I could not understand why is has not been an issue before and now all of a sudden it is. She put me on hold for a total of 10 minutes. I then called back because no one answered the phone after being on hold for so long. I was immediately put on hold again and once again I called back. The third time someone answered and told me the manager was right beside her and would get him, but was placed on hold for another 2 or so minutes. Frustrated, my husband decided to call and asked for the manager (after being put on hold AGAIN) the manager Ralph answered and rudely told my husband he was too busy to deliver to us and wouldn't give any explanation why and just kept saying he would not deliver to us. My husband then asked for the store manager and he told him he was.
This is terrible customer service and completely appalling. I do not understand how it is completely fine to deliver to us multiple times and then all of a sudden we are "out of your area"
Congrats on having awesome food, but your customer service is lacking in the worst way possible and I hope there are others that post reviews just like this so others know how rude you actually are.
