        Mid Ohio Surgical Associates, Inc was founded in 1982 to provide patients with quality surgical care they can trust. The foundation of that trust comes from open and honest communications between our surgeons and staff, our patients, and our referring physicians' from the initial patient consultation through post-surgery care. Our team of board-certified and board-eligible surgeons specialize in a wide range of surgeries, from general surgery to today's most complex and specialized procedures. Our procedures are scheduled at Mount Carmel West and Mount Carmel East Hospital' institutions renowned for their dedicated surgical support staff, state-of-the-art surgical instrumentation, and quality of nursing care. Some surgical procedures are also performed at outpatient surgical centers located very near to these campuses. Your surgeon may suggest having your procedure performed there, depending upon your unique circumstances. We welcome your questions about our team, our procedures, and our practice.         since dr choban left . I had 3 visits and they didn't update my information , cancelled a appointment never called. mixed up prescription . gave dr miss information. really went down hill.

        Long wait - terrible office staff

        Prepare to wait at least 2 hours. I have waited 3 hours on several occasions. The office staff is very rude and have made several errors concerning appointments and communication.

        Great Doctors Horrible staff

        I have had nothing but horrible service from the staff at Mid Ohio. The receptionist are rude and the office manager is even worse. The lack of communication between the staff members is horrible as well as the lack of management from the so called office manager. I have had nothing but issues since the first appointment I had. It's too bad, because the doctors are excellent. They are so horrible I ended up changing doctors.
