I purchased the Audi A5 from Byers Imports. The sales rep provided a great sales experience and made me feel very welcome at this dealership. He handled everything well and was very efficient and professional and made me feel like family. I have purchased many cars for myself and my business over the years and it was the most comfortable experience I have ever had. In the future there is no doubt that I will go back to Byers Imports.

I have been satisfied with their service department. Their prices and performance have exceeded my expectations. Granted, my expectations are extremely low regarding automobile service.

The folks at Byers Volkswagon are outstanding! In addition to getting a fabulous car, the experience of buying it was fast, and everyone my wife and I met at the dealership was professional and fun to deal with.



One of our biggest concerns was whether the car would fit in our tightly packed garage. The salesman, Don Moss, suggested we drive it home as part of the test drive to make sure the car would fit.



When my wife returned two days later to buy the car, Byers didn't have the exact car we wanted in stock, but the sales manager found one at another dealership.



On the day it was to be delivered, my wife needed to be home to wait for an appliance repair person, and Don Moss was kind enough to deliver the car (spotlessly clean and waxed!) to our home.



She hadn't bought a new car since 1995, and Don explained all the features clearly in a way that didn't make her feel stupid. He also obtained good prices for us on the accessories.



Tony Cook handled the sales paperwork. In addition to getting my wife through the process quickly and competently, he did her a favor. After she left, she couldn't get her car key to turn in the ignition. She went back into the dealership, and Tony was kind enough to come out and get her car started.



Having the accessories installed also went very well. In addition to doing a good job, they gave my wife a loaner, had her car washed and took time to go over the new accessories with her.

Byers import is so great. The salesmen do not try to pressure you into a more expensive car just to help their commission; they actually listen to what you want in a vehicle! The staff really knows the cars and explained to me all the different options; it was a really great first car buying experience!
