Absolutely terrible. Overpriced, won't give refills so you have to go back every month. I don't know who the hell has time to go to the doctor every month for a medication you take daily. They are horrible!!!

Doctors are FANTASTIC. My whole family goes there. Is the medical quagmire a giant pain? Oh yes --BUT both Dr. Porter and Dr. Brackin have always been helpful and expedited any issues. I have only met one rude staff member there -- ALL of the others have been awesome. One bad apple isn't going to make me change Doctors! New electronic access you have to your record is AMAZING -- makes things way easier and efficient.





I would suggest a friend elsewhere.

The doctors are nice but play dumb to what their staff is doing. They've screwed us out of money countless times now with prescription refills and tries to pin it on us when it's medication me and my family need. They give us name brands when we can't afford them due to them not being on our insurance, and when we complain they make up an excuse as to why it's not their fault, or try to blame the pharmacy. Each time we go straight to the pharmacy and when we get the answers we need, the staff of BP tries to tell us to go to the pharmacy and 'sort it out' ourselves.

The only thing that got us anywhere was me directly shouting at an extremely rude member of the staff who kept insisting it was a pharmacy blunder and not their own. It took me *shouting* at someone to get anywhere, which is extremely rude and something I prefer not to do as it's unprofessional.

The staff I work with is generally nice until you have a problem, then they turn into smug, sarcastic jackwagons and insist nothing is wrong, at least nothing they can fix.

Usually I'd say the doctors are wonderful (because Porter is, from my experience) but there's been too many mistakes for me to say that in good faith. If they were truly being notified of the issues, they would wisen up; however the same errors have been made on my record three times now, and twice for my mother, three times for my father.

Don't let their surface politeness fool you. Just because they're professionals doesn't mean they're professional and I regret ever trusting them with my records. We're to the point we're transferring over quietly because we're afraid of them tampering with our records. (It's ridiculous to be afraid of your own doctor's office staff; just saying.)




The doctors are great! They don't just rush you through like some places. The staff is polite, friendly and most importantly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

The doctors have EXCELLENT patient care with professional bedside manner, but the staff is HORRIBLE! Don't try calling to get your test or imaging results. You will leave NUMEROUS messages and not receive ONE returned phone call. That automated phone system needs to provide you with an opt out directly to the doctor.

Where do I start??? Big problems with the staff here . . .the office staff doesn't give a !?*&%$ about what you need; i.e., prescription refills, responses for test results, etc. Recently, it took over a month to get test results after repeatedly being told they would send them. Finally, as a last resort, my husband had to make an appointment and go into the office just to get the results. The doctor was shocked to hear the issues we'd been having. She then prescribed something for him and they screwed up that prescription, too! The pharmacist can't get a response either and the office won't help, so now he has to go without his prescription! This is after several years of the same issues over and over . . . nothing ever gets resolved. I actually had a broken foot and my work involves driving to numerous states each week. Instead of providing a note for my condition, they told me just to drive with my other foot! Thank goodness, my company realized the ridiculous nature of their request and granted me two (2) weeks at home. I finally cut the cast off because I had to get back to work. Hope it doesn't cause me issues later in life. Please, please, please . . . save yourself the aggravation and find another doctor.
