Bee Line Aligning Service

Bee DOES NOT DO COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENT.
Save your money and go elsewhere or you will have to get it aligned twice.

Was referred by a couple people to check out Beeline for a front-end alignment. Was pretty disappointed in the service I received afterwards.

First, it took them almost 3 hours to supposedly "fix" the steering/alignment issue, which I never had anticipated on it taking that long.

Secondly, my alignment was worse after they worked on it. Beeline also said I needed my tires rotated and balanced after I had already paid another tire company to have that done, but they insisted that it would "fix" my issue. It may have fixed my steering wheel from shaking, but it did NOT fix my alignment.

I called them the next day to ask if there was a time where I could come in and have them look at it to see what the problem was, but was informed that "I needed new tires in order to fix the problem." and wasn't even offered additional service after paying them over $100 to "fix" my alignment!!!

I contacted a friend of mine who told me to bring my car over to have him look at it. About 20 minutes later he had my alignment in perfect condition.

This would have been an EASY fix for Beeline if they would have offered me to bring it in to have it checked out, but they didn't even offer the service and didn't seem to care that I was JUST in 24 hrs before that to have them work on my car.

Pretty disappointed in the service and won't be recommending it. Better off going to Firestone and paying $30 more for better service and assistance!
