They have AWFUL customer service! We attempted to switch our automatic withdrawal from one banking institution to another and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We had 2 different banking institutions listed on our account, so they tried to take our payment out of BOTH. Therefore, attempting to be paid TWICE, after they had already received our payment on the due date! Then they tried to charge us a late fee because one of the banks would not let them withdraw the payment. After several attempts this was resolved with very rude representatives over the phone. The following month they took away our ability to pay online without being charged a fee. When we tried to resolve this over the phone they were again rude and unhelpful. Why we should be penalized for paying our bill on time every month is beyond comprehension and seems quite backward. If you have a choice, do NOT do business with this company; seek other electric sources!
