This is my second visit. The staff and doctors are wonderful!Caring, concerned, thoughtful and professional. Also, a great location.
Great Company!! Always onetime because they have been taking care of my mother for nine years and never had an issue.
I came in with a cause of dizziness and nausea. The front desk attendant was super personable and helpful. The nurse was very professional and helped me calm down when I was nervous about my symptoms. The doctor was also super helpful and extremely friendly. I was seen by both the nurse and doctor within 10 minutes. I was quickly prescribed mediciation to help me. I would recommend this Ohio health urgent care to anyone in need of a quick check up! The whole staff was extremely impressive!
Be aware, your physician will change as they graduate from their residency. I have liked some, not liked others over the years. Also, I rarely have issues solved when I need to request action on prescriptions.
I had been a patient of Dr. B's since 2007, but had not been sick over the past few years, so I had not been in to see her. Dr B is a great doctor, but the staff and procedures at Eastpointe need reviewed.I tried to schedule an appointment so I could get a referral to see my endocrinologist. I was told by the staff that I would have to wait almost 6 months for a 'new patient' appointment. Since I knew my thyroid was going wild and no longer in remission, this was not acceptable, and I was shocked that I was dropped as a patient for being healthy with no notice at all. After a migraine that sent me to the ER, I called back in tears, and Marcellous finally checked on a 'new patient' appointment with a different doctor. I was going to see Dr Williams in a week and a half. After arriving for my appointment early, I waited for almost 45 minutes after my scheduled time to see the doctor. Not only did she not apologize for being so behind, but she seemed rushed and did not address the page long log of weird things going on with my body that tracked over the past month. When I was at the desk getting my referral information, they could not find my prescription. As they were looking through the trash, I saw my log IN THE TRASH! What a waste of time. As I was checking in, I specifically said to Marcellous that the log on the back of the first sheet of new patient info needed to be in my chart for the doctor, but I learn after my appointment is over HE THREW IT IN THE TRASH!Again, Dr B is great, but unfortunately since I am no longer a patient due to not being sick and being in all the time, I will not return to see her or ANY doctors at Eastpointe. Very disappointing visit!
10 stitches, in and out quickly.Nurses assisted me with the paper work.I asked the nurse to hold me hand, becuz I was in pain. She obliged.Smiles

When I registered at this school, I signed the policies, procedures, class schedule and clinical schedule and was given directions to the clinical site in order to plan for classes and the practical clinical experience. I was also given the option to take the STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) course which includes the clinical requirement or the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) which is the course without the clinical requirement. I am sure the registration records are in the administrative office and believe anyone who says they were not given this information is lying. This is a great school and I would highly recommend this school to any intelligent and responsible individual who needs to take the STNA or CNA course.Martha K.
