I called to tell them how I appreciated the one who was cooking and did not get anyone to answer the phone called 2 times nothing there is one guy who works there his name is Khan very polite and does all my orders right very great cook . This Guy should be the manager seen him before at another Restaurant and then he wasnt there and that restaurant wasnt the same...... why is he just a cook he is very smart and takes care of all his guest with all they need .........he needs a raise or you all need to make him manager when he is not there the food is not as good so I try to go when he is working thank you for reading this and please give him the reccanision he should have .......thumbs up to that cook
Ordered a large # breakfast meal (egg mcmuffin, hash brown, diet coke). Paid @ 1st window (after 2 minute delay with the cashier trying to fix the glitch with her register...for which she appologized a dozen times). Arrived at the second window. After 1 minute was handed a bag with an egg mcmuffin and a large regular coke. As I checked the order when I pulled away from the window, I had to go back inside and get the order corrected. 3 employees were too busy talking to acknowledge me. waiting about 2 minutes and then was handed a hashbrown and a large empty cup to fill up myself. No appology from any of the staff. In fact, they didn't say a word, just carried on yacking.
Almost everytime I take my family there something we order is cold and usally the order comes out wrong on top of it. Most recently when I made it all the way home to discover my order was incorrect and phoned the manager, he got on the phone sounding like he just rolled in fresh from the uneducated ghetto!! Part way through the call he says" icann't hear a thing your sayin'." As I told him, it was probally because his crew was sounding pretty lound and out of control. Maybe better management would lead to better burgers!!!
Not all Sonic Drive Ins are the same! The one in Pickerington gets my drink orders wrong almost every time or the line for the drive-thru is 15-20 minutes. The one here on Columbus is awesome! The drive-thru workers speak clearly and repeat your order several times to avoid confusion. They are fast and make my lemon berry slush better than any other one in the area! Their drive-thru is also quick.
This is one of the worst McDonald's franchises I've ever been to in this area! The staff hates to make fresh food and I've had them drop old french fries back in the grease in order to avoid dropping fresh ones!! They recently remodeled but unfortunately, the same lazy uncaring staff still works there apparently, the experience is horrible and I only go there because it's convenient, sad sad!!
even they white peeps is faster work and chasier is fast paid. very friendly. on 161 and i tend waiting in line forever and co worker is sing with preppare food. here is best serivce ever we had. 8/7/11
not all u'r restraunts have play places, so how do i know which ones do, could u advertise this on u'r web page at least, oh & please keep them clean, the kids love them but they make me sick
Very fast accurate service, clean and very friendly service, Great food. Best chipotle i have ever been to Highly recommend this location Fresh food , fast service, great location!

The service is actually not terrible, but it feels as if they do lack some personal qualities you look for when seeking service for your orders.
