Picked up a car today at 10 am and the wife and I go out for our anniversary and now I am sitting in Ikea with a rental that will not go into gear and are currently stranded. The only number I have is for someone who claimed to have been the owner that just rings and rings there is no emergency number and every number I have for them ring to a phone with no voicemail I had the car for less than 6 hours and only drove it a total of 1 hr cumulatively. Do not rent from this company Thier cars are dirty and beat up. From what I have experienced thus far they do not care about the customer or take any pride in the vehicles they rent.Still no anwser we have tried everything!!!!!
Clean and in good condition. However, on a football Saturday afternoon no car irrespective of class was equipped with Sat radio.Bad form ... penny wise and pound foolish!
Staff were prompt and professional not to mention friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail was much appreciated.
I come to Columbus, Ohio 4-5 times a year and always rent from Enterprise. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Their rates are good. I have had a couple of family emergencies and they have always been very helpful with changes in the reservation.
Wonderful service, amazing car. They helped me with everything, went over the car with me before and even showed me tricky things about the car (such as the open fuel cap button was in a funny place so they made sure I knew where it was). They had an ice scraper in the car because they knew what the weather was like and they let me drop off the car in another location with zero issues. Enterprise has the best prices, staff, and vehicles.
I always receive excellent customer service when I rent from this office. The staff is helpful and provide me with options to make even my last-minute trips easy and affordable. I never have to wonder about fees or stress about hidden costs. I have rented from this Enterprise located for several years now and will continue to do so.

I rented a car the first week of November. I was a little nervous due to my prior experiences with rental car companies. I have to say I received excellent service from picking up the car to dropping it off. The gentleman that helped me Tyler was superb. I will definitely be renting again at this location.
I have been dealing with this office since it opened. I absolutely love the staff and their customer service! Perrin and Mike and Tyler always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work.
Free upgrade to a Toyota Corolla, I am not sure what we were going to be driving before that but it must have been extremely small. Car smelled a bit but nothing that was really offensive. Paid for pre-paid gas which was around $25 and realized after we left the airport that the car had less than 1/2 tank in it so I had to put gas in it during the weekend in order to drive it. Enterprise did remove the pre-paid gas charges when I returned the car. We always rent from Enterprise and travel quite a bit and we are always happy customers!
