April is the best waitress I have ever had!!! She was awesome. I had to restrict some items and she was very attentive to the needs of what I was ordering. If you get a chance to request her, she is great. I had a bread-less chicken parm. with some plain spaghetti noodles and a small salad and endless soup. The soup was hot each time she brought to our table, The salad was perfect in size and what I needed and our food looked and tasted delicious. She was very helpful when getting the leftovers boxed up too! I loved her attitude and if there is a model of how a waitress or waiter should serve, she would be it for sure! Olive Gardens food is at status quo, the atmosphere is very neutral, but her service knocked it out of the park. I would go back to this location in Hilliard time and time again if I lived in Ohio still.
We love Mama Mimi's! The pizza is fresh and the toppings delicious and varied. I love their veggie pizza. Also, don't miss the cinnamon rolls the…
I found this place to be absolutely amazing. The food was to die for and the atmosphere of the restaraunt was amazing. I've been here multiple times and we actually ordered carryout for last christmas with the canolis which were OMG. If you haven't gone, you have to go!!!
Wish I could rate the food but we never got a chance to eat. Our waiter Emanuel came to our table after we waited a few minutes and asked what we wanted to drink. We said that we would like to start out with waters. He walked away without saying anything, came back a few minutes later and put the waters done on the table and said "Here" and walked away. After several more minutes of waiting we noticed that a group of ladies that walked in after us had a waitress that had brought their drinks and was bringing their bread sticks and salad so we decided to get up and walk out. The restaurant was not busy and there was more than enough staff, so there was no excuse for the bad service. Will never return to this Olive Garden.
I love this place!!!!!. I took my family with me and we had a great time. My favorite dish are chicken meatball and grilled tuna salad and Jami's cheesecake . Everything we had was great and the staff were very nice and accomodating . Me and my family can't wait to go back.
They always deliver great service and delicious food. Really enjoy eating there
Meals have no flavor, very bland. Watered down drinks.
A friend told us it was the best Italian food in Columbus and I have to agree! Service excellent, food even better! If you are looking for a contemporary and posh restuarant - this is not the place for you. If the food is the priority - you have found the place.
Great happy hour prices on wines!
Horrible Service. Long wait. Mediocre food. Over priced. Dont go here if you have children who want to eat. Took over 1 hour 40 minutes for them to bring a kids meal out for my toddler. My friends grilled shrimp came out raw.Our server had to be asked to bring out the bread after over an hour of us just sitting there waiting to order food. Had to ask 3 times to get a refill of lemonade, and finally had to stand up and nearly shout to get her attention while she was stopping by our table. Whats the point of asking people if theres anything they need if she is not even looking at the people she is talking to or listening to requests. She got annoyed of my request for her to improve her service, and requested to switch tables. I saw her serving another table while the manager had some dude with no personality come out and at least take care of basic requests like bringing my check so that I can finally pay and leave. Definitely not worth the money. You will certainly lose your appetite from the poor service you will get.Took over 20 minutes to get seated. Took over an hour before they took our order for food. Took over an hour for them to check if we had the drinks we needed and didnt even serve bread til we requested them to an hour after being seated.Manager asked me to come see them again soon after hearing the issues I addressed.... Was that a joke??? If youre in the Easton area looking for good food, there are so many better choices than Brio Tuscan Grill at Easton Town center in Columbus. This place is aweful!
The place is just too rustic for our taste. The concrete floors, bare essentials in regard to facilities - open kitchens are one thing, but the bathrooms were open too. They should have built walls. We arrived and had to seat ourselves, not a hostess in sight. Seemed like we waited forever for our server to arrive. We even looked for a manager at one point to complain but couldn't find him anywhere. We left and went elsewhere.
