Contacted Water Company 12/29/18. I was on hold for 15 minutes, two times.Appointment time was 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. - Our business doesn't open until 8 a.m.Was made to put key in mailbox rather than tech coming to office.Tech would not come to office to get key because it wasn't within 2 blocks although it is on same property.Very poor customer service regarding working with property management businesses to get access to properties.
Today, August 22, 2016. I called the # listed; 614-272-2076 & received a recording telling me that this # isn't no longer in service. This is the USA federal government right?
