Guy working there is an idiot. I saw an electrical outlet timer in which there was a $4.99 tag over the original price but the tag had been marked over with a black marker and someone obviously wrote $2.99 beside it with a pen but the pen was not very good so it was hard to read. I asked how much...he said "4.99"...I pointed out the pen writing...he looks..."4.99 my friend!". Jerk.
I don't like being lied to. Store does not follow their own rules regarding their auction and should not have one. On 11/23 Goodwill Gahanna called me and said the person who out bid me at the auction did not claim the item. Would I be willing to purchase the item at the price I had bidded. I asked them how late would they be open and agreed to show up later in the evening to purchase the item. Cashier told me conflicting stores. First I was told auction items were placed for regular sale. Then I found out person who originally out bid me showed up earlier Wednesday to purchase the item at his bided price. I don't like to be lied to and have my time wasted. Corporate will hear about this one. Business is not ethical enough to follow their own auction rules and should be exposed for lying to their now former customer.
I've been here many times and get something unusual there all the time. Great selection. They have manager sales regularly. The managers sale I like best is the 6 pieces of childrens clothes for $1.99. Great stall.
