Had absolutely horrible experience with one of their drivers. Informed my provider that as long as they used this particular driver I would NOT use this transportation service. She was late, rude, and disrespectful. First time I rode with her she spent the majority of the ride on the phone (personal call) through heavy downtown traffic. Second experience was final straw.
I hired Hercules Movers for a local move into the new home I just purchased. At 8 months pregnant I wanted a low stress situation so I did my research and read reviews and hired Hercules Movers. While moving furniture into my home one of the staff smashed a hole in a bedroom wall. This happened 7/15/17 and Hercules has yet to repair the damage or scheduled to have the damages repaired. When I have called I have been told it will be handled. Other than the person that damaged the wall, not one person has apologized. In good faith I paid in full for the service provided. When I asked for a refund until damages were repaired I was told that was not how these things work. As of today, I am still waiting. Such a headache!
Delivery men stole money during delivery, beware, do not use this company! Eric, supervisor accused me if lying.
We received excellent service and really felt these movers took care of us! They provided a quote that was very competitive and accurate, got us scheduled on short notice, and then accommodated our move that just kept getting more complicated (multiple stops, big items, and more) with ease and friendliness. Steve, Rudy, Jordan and Chandler were efficient, personable, and careful. Hiring Hercules Movers was honestly the best part of our move. I would definitely recommend them!
I'm a disable woman and I have to move my belongings so I called this company. I informed them that the items were in a garage and was given a quote and a apt was set. I never received a confirmation call nor text. I called and text them on the day of the scheduled move to make sure the move was still on. Just unprofessional men! When they got to my house they refused to move the items because they said it was unorganized! They left me high and dry with no way to move the items! They didn't even care about the position they were placing me in! Just uncaring young lazy men. I called another company and requested them to come look at the items so not to have this happen to me again.& was told no problem and they are coming Friday!!! They were just rude and lazy and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone
Changler and Noah was very courteous. Easy to schedule and extremely hard working. Very polite and helped us move extra things. Thank you so much! will definitely use again and refer others to as well.Rhinon Marcello
I was in the market to find an Expedite company 5 years ago. Someone, who’s name escapes me right now, mentioned Buckeye Express Logistics Services to me.Deciding to give them a chance has turned out to be a very wise decision for me. In the past 5 years I have experienced excellent service from Buckeye Express. What I have found is that Buckeye Express has a very good tracking system, very polite drivers, and will go out of their way to successfully fill my request while ensuring On-Time delivery.Buckeye Express always has the availability for any equipment requested to fulfill my needs, especially those last minute requests. To make a long story short, Buckeye Express Logistics Services is one of THE BEST expedite companies I have found, and I highly recommend them to handle your transportation needs.Bart E., Transportation Manager, Columbus, Ohio
We have been using Acorn as our freight broker for many years. They are great people to work with, and the always find us what we need to move our freight. Awesome! ~ Lamit Ind.
Spartan Logistics was highly professional in helping me with my warehousing needs. They were a great help.
Liberty Transportation was scheduled to deliver a newly purchased Sears washing machine. We've had previous washer/dryer and dishwashers delivered without issues. Delivery man 'Adolph' arrived Saturday afternoon. He was curt & abrupt upon arrival. Took items off our walls, removed basement door all without asking. Refused to listen to any suggestions and ultimately refused to install in our basement. He stated he was going to leave - with the appliance sitting in our kitchen - when he called his supervisor, Paul. While I was discussing the situation with Paul, Adolph snatched the phone away, told his co-worker they were leaving and they took our new washer and left. As I was asking for his supervisors phone number in order to call back, Adolph refused to speak. He called our basement a 'dungeon', our neighborhood a ghetto and yelled at me and my husband. Just to be 'smart' he honked his horn as he left! If this is a contacted service with Sears, they might want to reconsider this business arrangement with Liberty Transportation.
