This buisness is better than Uber . .
We used Lakefront Lines this week for a fairly large conference and they were great to work with. The buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. We even had other transportation for one of the conference days cancel on us last minute, but I called Angie Bishop at Lakefront and we were able to get buses on only two days notice.
5 Star transported my father to the hospital from nursing home and the kind of service that they provided was excelent.Very carring well organized and professional. I would use them again if I ever need a Transportation.
Terrible daycare with no certified teachers. Bad management, and very rude to former employees. Unprofessional owner, never available when needed for paperwork.
This Daycare is the worst place ever, Teachers there has bad manners& bad attitude, don't know how to deal with kids or treat them nice. Teachers are bad influence for kids. They don't serve meals on time for kids and leave kids hungry. The Director is very careless,rude to family& teachers doesn't know how to manage the daycare or solve either teachers problems or kids problems.I don't encourage any family to put there kids there because it's a low quality , bad environment Daycare.
The only good thing about this school is 1 instructor Roy Reed. The owner is rude and told the class he has his money. office staff is mistreated in the way he gives orders to them. There is no consistency in this school at all.
5 Star Transportation has been transporting my mother for the past 5 years. The drivers are courteous and respectful. I just want to thank 5 Star Transportation for their hard work and services throughout the years of transporting my father. I really Just have to give this company the 5 Stars that they deserve!! I would definitely recommend for all your transportation needs!

I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional management. I have been manager of Medical Services for 40 years. I can only speak for my experiences. I have booked well in advance and also checked the day before pick-up, only 3 times out of 25 did I even see a five star Cab only once out of the 3 did they find my residence. I have missed serious Specialized Physician Appts., If you call and complain, instead of getting you into a Taxi they take offense and refuse you. Stating that you misbehaved. How can you misbehave in a car you never see. I was left at my specialised physicians office, that they have caused me to miss on 7 other occasions, I had to fight tooth and nail to get to my appt. When they picked me up after I called and was so upset that I was going to be late I kept asking where are you going and the cabbie, would not listen when I said I don't have an appt here they took me to the wrong place instead of listening to me. Then when I talked him into taking me to the right place. I called to have them pick me up as I was asked to do by the cab driver I told them that the address they had for my destination wrong and they needed to correct the pickup location. I was told that I couldn't have anyone's name, when I asked for owner the girl said she was the owner and she didn't give her name out, I couldn't be picked up because I had misbehave by having the driver go to an address that he wasn't suppose to take me. Whoa, WHAT!!!! I WAS LEFT WAITING FOR OVER 8 HOURS TO BE PICKED UP. when I called she said she sent the cab to the address they had come up with, I said excuse me, you need to have him come to my doctors office and pick me up. She said I was rude. No I may have been loud but not rude. If you waited 8 hours to have a cab home and then because you asked them to come to the right place to pick you up at 3 nurses and four doctors kept coming out to check on me due to my back and neck consult the X-rays showed were severe and I may need Surgery. No one could believe that the cab company would do such a thing. They obviously don't know what customer retention is. I would fall over myself at the first appt my people missed but I would make sure it never happened again if I had to pick the patient up myself. Instead they took the opportunity to make sure I wasn't listened to, the insurance company told me that the girl in dispatch said I misbehaved. I am telling you I was dumb-founded at their solution to the problem, which quite frankly could get them sued for leaving a patient that could barely walk to sit for 8 hours. The cab drivers I got to know, I also brought them bottled water each time I was picked up they were grateful and those three men did a good job. One was from dispatch and had just started driving a cab. I feel sorry for them because if the manager/ owner said she was, she is assuring these men won't have a job soon because customers being told they won't get picked up; soon or later this place won't have any fares to pick up. If I sound overly hostile at this, and I have mis-spelled a few words sorry I just had to vent. I was facing the prospect of having to walk over 10 miles home. in the dark and stormed evening when the office building closed at 7pm. I cannot see that I did anything wrong when I pointed out that they didn't take me to the right place. Where they got that address was the time before I had to go to specialist. All the other times I was taken to my OSU physicians office all they had to do was look it up or take my word for where I had an appt. I think I am the best source they had for that information. I feel like I have been in a mis informed tornado and landed in OZ. i HATE THAT i HAD TO HIT A STAR TO GET POSTED BUT THERE YOU ARE.
These people suck.they can't even get you to where you need to be with a 4 day notice.
