Braided my hair super tight. After 5 days I began to take out only what was too painful. Went to Kadis to have them replaced and was told by the owner that I was tender headed and they won't fix. I was a loyal customer. I be experienced breakage. I'll never go back.

My appt. was scheduled at 9:00. The first and only person arrived at 9:30. By that time 2 other customers had come. My appt was for Goddess Locs so I was told it would be 2 braiders and at 9:30 the only braider there started on someone else. I left around 9:45 (still only 1 braider) and found someone else to get me in the next day. Never again.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. there were kids running around everywhere. The wait time was ridiculous for other braiders to come and when they did they lollygagged. Had a new braided in my hair that didn't know what she was doing. Twists starting not only unraveling but falling out after 2 days . After asking for a partial refund or rebranding the owner belittled me
Stay away... Very unclean and unprofessional! They don't like American Girls at all they just want our money. They speak their language the entire time and they are talking bad about the customers. Half of them do not have REAL hair license!
This Braiding shop is the worst Ever they will pull your hair out! You Are sure to have no edges at all when they get done with you. The shop is Filthy they use dirty towels and their Work is Garbage! Avoid this hair braiding shop at all Cost! Very Unclean and Bad Quality of Service in Every aspect!
The absolute WORST hair braiding experience I have had and I've been getting braids off and on for over 20 years. No one talks to you while you're in the seat and depending on how many people are braiding your hair, your head is being pulled in every direction at the same time. The unprofessional nature is unbelievable, 2 braiders actually got into a verbal altercation while they were braiding my hair. While the altercation was in another language, I could tell that it was getting heated so I told them I would take a break, THEY WOULDN'T LET ME and continued to argue back and forth with me in-between them smh. The only good thing about the entire experience was the amount of time it took for them to complete my micro braids, but I would sacrifice a couple more hours for a comfortable and professional environment. Don't set yourself up
My colorist never got back to me, so I went here to get my hair color renewed. Not only were they having a 15% off on color, but Denise did a fantastic job! None of the color swatches matched what I wanted, but she was able to blend the exact auburn I wanted. Clean job on it too. While she was letting the color set, she let me in on a couple tips to make the color last longer as well as some good product that they had available. I'll be going there again here in a couple months!
Let me start with saying I am not new to getting braids/twist and I have NEVER had an experience like this one. After putting up with the not great service I walked out of Kadis rather satisfied with my hair. That is until 2 weeks later a braid on the left side of my hair fell out, taking MY hair with it. I thought it was a coincidence but another fell out shortly after on the same side. My hair is not soft or sensitive, it is very thick and strong. I have been braiding my hair for over 20 years and have never experienced breakage. I would not recommend this place. There are other places with the same price and better service who will allow you to KEEP your hair.
My appointment time was 7:30am they did not arrive until 7:50am. I understand ppl are late but this was not the problem. About 4 different ppl kept trading on my hair and my braids are 3 different sizes and extremely poor quality. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Went back to let them redo some of them and they did not get them all. Never again will I waste my time nor my $160.00
I've known James Morris from the late 60s. Best haircutter in the business ... after 40 years, I ran into him again in 2012 and he did a marvelous job on my haircut ... Love you, James. Liz Saurin
