I had recently rented a minivan from them and didn't have really as much of a pleasant experience to narrate! When I went to pick up the van, they were complaining about how they didn't have any (despite showing availability at the time of booking) and somehow they managed to get one for me. Next, the Van that i ended up renting wasn't cleaned and the gas was filled to an arbitrary level between half and 3/4ths of a tank and i was supposed to return with the same level of gas. The worst experience was with billing. I had returned on a Sunday (when their business was closed) and dropped the keys in their box. They charged me for an extra day, although I wasn't supposed to be charged based on my booking contract. When I called to sort this out, I was put on hold and finally the manager said he would call me back. He never did and I called up again. Fortunately there was somebody else who picked up the phone and said she would take care of it. She had also made it sound like I wasn't the first one to have had this problem and that they would take care of refunding the extra day's rental charges. They finally did, which why I am even giving them any stars! Overall, stay away if you can.........
I had a bad experience with Enterprise years ago and vowed that I would never use them again, but I decided to give them a try because they were located conveniently near my home. The reservation process was quick, easy, and painless. The customer service, once I got there, was excellent, and the selection of vehicles was great!!! The only negative experience I had, was that there was a leak in the back hatch of the mini van and my passengers got wet when we rain into a storm while on the road. But there was really nothing Enterprise could do about that since they did not manufacture the car. :-)
Free upgrade to a Toyota Corolla, I am not sure what we were going to be driving before that but it must have been extremely small. Car smelled a bit but nothing that was really offensive. Paid for pre-paid gas which was around $25 and realized after we left the airport that the car had less than 1/2 tank in it so I had to put gas in it during the weekend in order to drive it. Enterprise did remove the pre-paid gas charges when I returned the car. We always rent from Enterprise and travel quite a bit and we are always happy customers!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vehicles were not maintained very well. The first vehicle was a Nissan Rogue. I only had it for a week and had to take it back because I was told it had too many miles on it. I was then given a kind of dirty Dodge Dart (significantly smaller) that had two tires with slow leaks. I was told to take it to Firestone for a free repair. Is that what a customer is supposed to do? Like I said, though, the staff was friendly.
The experience was excellent. Booked late the night before and the vehicle was available as scheduled with the weekend rate. Nice clean and in good mechanical condition. I used to rent from another company and they always gave you older cars smelly with mechanical problems for the discounted rate. Since I switched to Enterprise every rental experience has been good. Malik was very professional and kind. I would recommend this location!
Wonderful service, amazing car. They helped me with everything, went over the car with me before and even showed me tricky things about the car (such as the open fuel cap button was in a funny place so they made sure I knew where it was). They had an ice scraper in the car because they knew what the weather was like and they let me drop off the car in another location with zero issues. Enterprise has the best prices, staff, and vehicles.
I always receive excellent customer service when I rent from this office. The staff is helpful and provide me with options to make even my last-minute trips easy and affordable. I never have to wonder about fees or stress about hidden costs. I have rented from this Enterprise located for several years now and will continue to do so.
From my experience Enterprise is the best of any of the car rental agencies and after renting from them in the past at the same places I've experienced the efforts they have made to make them the number 1 rental agency. Their customer service is top notch and the rental process efficient and streamlined for a quick experience.
I rented a car the first week of November. I was a little nervous due to my prior experiences with rental car companies. I have to say I received excellent service from picking up the car to dropping it off. The gentleman that helped me Tyler was superb. I will definitely be renting again at this location.
When we arrived in Columbus, we were told they had a shortage of cars like we had reserved so they offered us a larger car at the same price as the one we had reserved. They also said that there would be no charge for gas. We were very pleased with the service we received.
