horrible!!!!! I will never go again. The nurse practitioner took my listened to my lungs as if she was plying with kids. Puts over my heavy clothes, over my bones and doesn't listen to my complete breathe. I asked are you listening to my lungs sound, says nothing. Stands away and talks. rushes to get out of room.Zero feelings about customer. be a patient and feel how you would feel when you get such kid of care.Saw many immigrants, is that the thing why patient care was neglected? we paid for it. everyone deserves respect , a good care and proper treatment. plz don't go there.
I've been here several times and they've always always made sure I was taken care of and made sure my kids were taken care of before we even left... ty to the staff...
The wemon that work there stole my wedding ring and now they get a attitude when I call a bunch off fat ugly bitches that steal DO NOT GO THERE!!!
I was at Excel Urgent Care on 11/01/2015 to undergo the check ups per USCIS requirements for Green Card. The nurse was cordial and attended to us very well. This was repeated by the doctor, who ensured I understood the medical tests that I would undergo, their reason to be tested, and performed the checks and balance before giving me the sealed envelope to be mailed to USCIS. I am very pleased by the staff of Excel, their service and my overall experience.
I stopped in for an injection for my hay fever. They asked a few medical history questions, checked my blood pressure, and listened to my breathing, then gave me the injection. Then I got the bill - $476.00 !!!!
The doctors are always nice. They explain to help you understand. They have called me to check on me. The front desk person has changed a few times. They are convenient for me. Will continue to go there and will recommend to others.
We send many consultants to Hometown Urgent Cares around town but we will NEVER send another one to the Stelzer Rd. location as someone named Mary is extremely rude and did a terrible job of helping our employees. She cancelled out our drug screen that we paid for and said our consultant refused to take her drug screen after she was there for over two hours trying to get her drug screen completed. Management needs to take a look into this.
Horrible experience! The doctor was 0 help. She was unable to do anything for my husband's sudden hearing loss AND couldn't even recommend an area audiologist or ENT for us to see. Don't waste your time.
how are they open 7 days a week but closed on sunday??? false advertisement is a bad start
Great job! receptionist was very nice, nurses were helpful, and the doctor had me in and out in one hour.
