Bought a micro hdmi to hdmi plug brought back in an hour owner would not give full refund on defective product and argued with me that it was my equipment. When asked to test owner would not to prove item was not defective. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE IN MY LIFE

I've been to Custom Computer Warehouse / Krazy Kenny's three or four times because their prices are low. Every time, I've wished I'd spent more somewhere else. Each time, the work has taken longer promised. I've called on the day my computer was supposed to be ready, and learned their repairman wouldn't even come to that store until later in the week. I confronted them once to get a desktop completed on time, then had to bring it back - it was thrown together in such a hurry, few of the USB ports worked. Three months later, I tried plugging earphones into the front jacks. Turns out they didn't bother connecting those, either. I could have brought back under the warranty - I just didn't have any faith I'd get it back again in less than a week. If you go, assume that any job will take three to seven days longer than the estimate they give you. Plan on calling them regularly to find out where the job stands. Test the computer out rigorously in the store. Make sure you have another computer to use while you bring it back to get mistakes fixed. The lesson here is, "You get what you pay for".

THEY MIXED UP MY BAGS WITH USED STUFF FROM THE STORE AFTER THEY PUT IT BEHIND THE COUNTER
