I would file a complaint with the BBB, but evidently this company doesn't respond to the BBB, so there is no point. The only reason I haven't submitted this review sooner, is that I could not find any further contact information until now. Michael Wanko, I see as the principal owner on another site and is mentioned in BBB reviews, showed up selling door to door driveway sealing last summer. They sealed the driveway putting on what he called a double coat and it would take 12 hours to dry. I would assume in his line of business, he would be aware that his product is water soluble (I didn't know at the time) and that he should not perform work when rain is forecast, but that is assuming too much I guess. Early the following morning a rain storm completely washed away about 1/3-1/2 of the product and splashed the product onto my garage and rock borders. The product then took two more days to dry and looked terrible. I called to complain and he said he would return in two weeks to add another coat. Two weeks later and after many subsequent calls I heard nothing. This guy is a door to door con artist trying to take money and run. Stay away.
This is the owner and you will see Negative post like these ones, because people (subs) come to my office looking for work but dont have the experience and skills to do the work that show up after getting the job from me and as my contracts state clearly that each one of them have signed before getting the job, if the job is not 100% COMPLETE or if you ( Sub ) desides he or she dont want to finish the job , than you do get paid for anything that was or wasn't completed . The Trust is Ladies and Gentlemen is the ones that put negative remarks on here are the very ones that got fired or was gonna get fired for poor workmenship , So please stop trying to make my company look Bad and work on your skills good luck. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Tried to learn more about their business and how they operate and I was hung-up on by two different people without even being able to tell them the reason why I was calling.
I was given a quote by their sales rep. He did a site visit and had the plans. He had the material list from the manufacturer. In other words, he had all the information he could possibly have. Nothing changed on my end. Once I signed the contract they said it would cost more than double what we contracted for. Very shady. Avoid these crooks.
