I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. They put in a new furnace and worked until 11:30pm to get me operating after one of the worst weeks of my life. Experienced horrific pipe bursts, flooding, and personal trauma. Will worked for 3 days to fix a horrific pipe bursting situation and repairs all over, in a flooded space. And to top it off.....after all they had done to fix us and replace us and get us back operating....this morning they sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen!!!!!!!! Now that....is classy! They will never know how much that self-less act of kindness made me feel after the week I'd been through. This place is phenomenal. I would not only recommend them.....I'd want to marry them into my family! Thank you ComfortWorks and Waterworks for the outstanding job you did for us at 190. You have a fan....for life!

Terrible customer service was treated very rudely request to speak with a manager on 4 different occasions have still never received a call back. Will never use them again and would not recommend them to any other property management companies.
Called Waterworks and described exactly what I needed. (1) We had a non-working disposal. (2) We had a crack in our Moen Gravity Faucet retractable hose and needed a new hose. Moen makes LITERALLY one retractable hose for that kind of kitchen sink. Explained to dispatch exactly what part was needed, was assured this would be no problem. The one good thing - they came on time and same day. Repair man showed up without the part. Stated as IMMEDIATE statement "we don't carry that part on our trucks". Complained how hard it is to get the part (I ordered it while he was complaining on Amazon to ship within 24 hrs). Fixed the disposal (which was one turn of an Allen wrench) and then charged $160 (!!!!). Calling the Credit Card in took longer than the actual repair. Two days later received a call from "Customer Service" Manager Beverly who for 15 minutes explained to me how I was wrong and never apologized. Charge included a $60 trip fee, which does not comply with OH law - O.A.C. 109:4-3-05
Made an appointment on Friday for Tuesday, 12:00 to 4:00, no call no show. I called and canceled. Sat for 4 hours for what. Would not recommend unless you have time to kill or waste.
Terrible experience! They said it would be $294 for the first two hours to clear a sewer drain and then $98 per hour after that. They arrived over an hour late. After they got there they told me there would also be a $50 "trip fee". Then the service guy answered about 8-10 calls on his phone in the first two hours and charged while he was talking on the phone, probably added up it was about half an hour on the phone not working. I called the company and asked for $100 refund. They gave $50 because I wasn't told about the trip fee but wouldn't give anything for the guy being on the phone so much. I filed a negative review with the better business bureau and Waterworks submitted an answer that was based on half truths. Typical corporate damage control. I will NEVER hire this company again. And I will NEVER refer them to anyone.
In 2004 Brian installed a sum pump, in 2004 Gene installed a pressure relief valve,2007 Tim C.snaked the mainline,2010 Tracy did the BIG job of cleaning the cable of tree roots, and today 1/26/15 Adam did a wonderful job concerning my basement flood backup. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! And also,... The price is right! A loyal customer.
This company was selected by my home warranty company to look at my leaky shower valve. After about a week of pestering them to finally make an appointment, their "plumber" walked up to my shower, turned it on and off, then walked back to his truck and submitted a report to the home warranty company. His report concluded that we had performed "unauthorized work" on the shower, which conveniently happens to invalidate coverage under my home warranty. Before leaving he did take time to mention that if the home warranty failed to cover he'd be happy to come out and repair at my expense for about $500. After the home warranty company informed me that they would not be covering the repair or reimbursing the $100 I paid to Capital Plumbing, I tried repeatedly to get Capital to send me a copy of the report they had submitted to the home warranty company. They promised three times to send it. I never received a report, not even an invoice or receipt for the $100 they required over the phone before they came out. I eventually found another plumber to provide a second opinion. Not surprisingly, he said there was no possible way a plumber could determine "unauthorized work" by simply looking at the shower handle and turning it on and off one time. He also said my problem was a common occurrence that occurs over time due to normal wear and tear from use and chlorine in the water, which would clearly be covered by my home warranty. The only logical conclusion is that Capital Plumbing colludes with the home warranty company to tell them exactly what they need to hear to deny coverage. This company is corrupt. I used A. Mann Plumbing and they were quick, honest, and reasonable. The repair cost under $100
Fast and friendly emergency service on a Saturday, but beware of the "Service Call Fee." They charge the cost of 1-hour of service just to show up + the hourly rate. So essentially the first our costs double (which on a weekend is really quadruple). three starts for fast and friendly, but low marks for an unreasonable extra fee.
I had Adam sent out the other day to look at what I thought were some major plumbing issues. Upon looking over all my concerns he set my mind at ease by not trying to upsell me work that did not need to be done but instead recommended what he would do if it was his mothers house and I had him make those repairs in which were minor compared to what I thought was going to need to be done. He was polite, clean, and honest with me and I would never use anyone else!!!
I am a pervious employee at Capital Pluming and Mechanical and I would like to tell you about the company. To start out when I was hired I found it odd that I was not drug tested, shortly after starting I found it very evident why when I saw a bowl used to smoke an illegal substance in the back of a plumbers van. I continued to work for the company for a couple months trying to make the best of the situation. As a ethical person I quit working for capital because I was asked to sell a customer something they did not need. After putting in my notice I was asked to stay and offered a large pay increase to stay. The plumbers get paid by commission so they don't get paid unless they sell you something. I highly recommend you use a different company.
