LOL... Craig is evidently a AltSmoke plant. First, we never carried that device. Second if we did we would have exchanged it no questions asked.
Been going to Pipes and Pleasures for decades. I always have a fantastic experience there. The level of expertise is far superior to any haberdashery that I have been to around the country. The customer service is awesome and friendly. The selections are topshelf and they are bring out new premium cigars, pipes and tobacco. I love that place!!
Sold me a damaged vapor. Went back 7 days later with receipt, product and box it came in. Would not refund my money. Basically they just rip you off. And don't care about their customers.
This place is awesome! If you want to explore cigars or traditional pipes, this is THE place to do it. Host a private event, or just chill in the lounge.
Horrible customer service, tried to exchange a cigarette case I bought and got damaged while removing the price tag sticker they put on it. I returned moments after I left the store but the clerk refused to do an exchange and only offered me $2 in cheap lighters. I don't recommend doing business with these people.
Do mot shop here they are very vague about their return policy. I wanted to return an item that i bought less then 10 days ago because my elderly mom could not use it and they refused to let me return it even though Ih ad all the items they requested for a return.
This place has great prices, the guys that work there speak English well and are very honest friendly guys that do their best to make sure customers are happy. They carry all the wraps, cigars, tobacco, tubes and papers you would ever need along with a great selection of E~cigs, vapors, and accessories for your smoking and vaping needs
Really disappointed with customer service. After purchasing an X-Pro kit and spending over $150, the employee assembled the unit. Later when trying to remove the battery, I noticed the small allen head bolt was 'twisted' off. This prevented me from having access to the battery compartment. I immediately went back to the store and explained it to the manager, he said, "we'll take care of this and replace" After a 2 week wait, I was told today that it was my fault, and they could not replace.So much for taking care of a good customer...no offer to help rectify the situation, either. ALT Smoke (campus) always has the friendliest employees and I'm always surprised when they say, "you get 10$ off today, do you want to use it?"
