I ordered a fruit product from them. Gave them the money up front. The order was just under $2000. According to them.There delivery truck was involved in an accident on the way to my business a week later. They told me that they will resend the product soon. After 8 months of back and forth email conversations. They stole the money and I never received any product. Reported them to the BBB and I'm pursuing them though the justice department. This company is a scam and you will lose your money. STAY AWAY!
Not a good experience....they are the management company at my condo complex and don’t get back with you on time. When they do, they are upset about your issues and don’t follow through. Maybe a different management company would do a better job!
Last minute chose to lease with this company as they were the only company around campus with available apartments (go figure). When i moved in during summer the central air didn’t work. The extent to which they clean between tenants is questionable - i definitely suggest bleaching and disinfecting everything before moving in. I had a neighbor couple that had some domestic violence incidents and this company didn’t respond when i asked for intervention after contacting the police 3 separate times. They didn’t salt the stairs or shovel during winter.Overall they’re unprofessional and negligent to the upkeep of their apartments. The staff is extremely rude and don’t seem to value their tenants whatsoever. It appears that the company is run by college freshman in an attempt to save money; a reflection of the service you’ll get if you decide to lease with them. Never again
Carbon monoxide in our apt, car vandalized, no security cameras in the parking lot, drunks hang out by the dumpster, have to pay for a PO Box because no one is able to get me a key that works in the building mailboxes, elevators out for long periods of time, carpet in the halls is filthy, holes in the walls, locks to the building doors are often broken making it a pain to try to get in.
Absolutely THE WORSE. Elevator in a SEVEN STORY building has been broken for over THREE MONTHS! Seniors, dissabled forced to climb flight after flight of filthy stairs with peeling paint and strewn with trash!! Beautiful, spacious apartments with incredible character owned by a company who couldn't care ANY LESS about their tenants! Don't do it. You'll regret it.
Raintree Apts. Leasing Manager has the WORST attitude!!! You walk in the office, she doesn't greet you, she looks at you as if your disrupting her! She doesn't make you feel welcome, she answers questions with an attitude! Just Nasty!! The townhomes are old, which I knew but it needs a lot of improvement with all the rules put in place! Someone had roaches or whatever so they added a Exterminator fee to everyone's rent, stray cats running around which she will add $100 if someone leaves food around or feed the cats (what about the racoons, mice, possums running around?)! Ridiculous!! There's shootings in our backyard(2 killings in 1.5 month), vehicles broken into, loud music from the Clubs next to the complex, random people walking through the complex, also knocking on the doors, kids have no place to play so they play in the parking lots of the complex and adjoining retail store parking lot. If you can deal with these above issues then move in! This was the shortest lease I've ever had and the Worst experience! 😠

I rented here while attending Ohio State University. My location was awesome and the building itself was really nice. It was easy doing business with these guys. Definitely recommend.
My house got broken into back on sept 14, my window was broke. I already had a work order in which already took a few weeks for them to attend to. Once the maintenance guy calls me he advise me he can’t get in my house bc the rental office lost the keys, next day my house was broke into NO FORCE of entry, kitchen window was busted , but the glass was outside the house , investigators confirmed it had to be a inside job. I gave the office my letter advising what code they violated because on top of all this the window that was busted had a piece of wood on it for almost 30 days. I explained the store multiple times n advise them to send my deposit back. It’s been over 30 days i called the offic requesting corporate number they said hey don’t have a corporate office they only have a office manger. I spoken to the office Manger Marissa when i tell u the disrespect was real. I have nothing else to say customer is trash how they overall operate it’s TRASH. I’m not gonna communicate with them any more i will just take this to court period.
Poor customer service and the maintenance is even worse. Tenant complaints and concerns are not a priority. My hallway mailbox was without a lock for no less than six months and was replaced only after i wrote to the BBB. My tub has been clogged and unuseable for 3 days in a row with no repair date in sight. These are 2 unsatisfactory experiences in a long, long list of negatives. I urge the public to not consider living in a home managed by Beacon property Management.
