Dr Bertolo deserves a 0 rating! If you need medical treatment from an accident, WARNING look somewhere else! I'm on the verge of suing this Dr for lying & unethical behavior. I saw this Dr after stepping on a sensor tack in a store dressing room. I filled poi the incident report with the store. A couple wks later I was still having pain in my rt foot. Waited longer to see if it would resolve on its own. It didn't, so I made an appt with UP. I took the sensor tack that I kept along with cell pics of the wound on my foot & showed Dr Bertolo. I'd never had issues with my foot. Pain started after I stepped on the tack. He told me the tack was long enough to reach the tendon that runs across the bottom of my foot & caused plantar fasciitis. I assumed a Dr would write in his notes the cause of my diagnosis. I went on to see him a few more times. I had several high copays I payed UP thinking I would be reimbursed by the "at fault" ins co. The ins co was eager to assist me with my bills & helping me recover from the foot injury. When I got my medical records from UP, there was nothing in my records of EVER stepping on the sensor tack! This Dr screwed me from getting reimbursed for ANY of my medical bills, my lawyer dropped the case because this doctor lied about my diagnosis later changing his story to "he didn't think it was caused from the injury of stepping on the tack". I said to Steve, could you ask Dr Bertolo again because that's NOT what he initially told me at my first visit. He said they'd get back with me, but of course didn't. I demanded they mail my medical records to me, including any verbal conversations. I received my records with no mention of me stepping on a sensor tack. So a long story short, this doctor took my money, scammed me out of being reimbursed, didn't fix my foot, and now I'm waiting on my medical ins co to come after me wanting repaid for medical bills that should've been paid by the store's ins co. What a nightmare! No I don't recommend!!
They close at 4:00. Website says 5:00. Door of the business says 5:00 It's 4:00. After driving an hour to return the equipment, I discovered this. I was a bit less than happy. And they're closed from 12-1. Only the paper taped to the door offers that info. Way to be professional.
service is really bad. I have had many appointments not kept because drivers calling off. I have been promised as to when someone would be here and not show up. I cannot get a direct number to the Columbus Ohio office to speak with a supervisor. This is the worst customer service there is.
Leah is truly amazing. I have been going to her for over a year now and I always look forward to it. She really listens to you and focuses on you from start to finish. It's very relaxing and afterwards I feel refreshed. I would highly recommend Leah to everyone.
