We had to ask fo be able to able to give our order. They walked away and didn’t finish taking the order. Then they got rude after filling the order and stated they are busy with other orders and don’t deserve to be disrespected. There was one car in the drive thru and no one in the store.
Worst place for food! Manager is so rude and unpolite. In addition, drisciminated me.Go to another Macdonalds because this franchise should be close.
It seems the employees care more about talking to each other than helping the customers. I have been there three times in the past month and all three times my order has been messed up. Tonight I was called a liar by the supervisor on duty! I told the employees that I did not have my whole order and they said I did! I get home and of course I was missing a Big Mac! I called and tried to talk to the manager and she said they had no extra big macs left so there for I was lying about my order! She also did not want to give me her name and hung up on me twice! I am so sick of these average supervisors thinking they know all and acting as such! Get it together you are there to serve and if you can not do that then maybe you should find a another job where you do not have to deal with customers. I will not go back and I will get ahold of the district office tomorrow! Something needs to be done at this restaurant. Most days the drive thru wait is 30 minutes and the food is always cold. Worst Mcdonalds in the south end!
This is one of the worst McDonald's franchises I've ever been to in this area! The staff hates to make fresh food and I've had them drop old french fries back in the grease in order to avoid dropping fresh ones!! They recently remodeled but unfortunately, the same lazy uncaring staff still works there apparently, the experience is horrible and I only go there because it's convenient, sad sad!!
Worst subway experience. Never ordered or had services from them ever. Due to being disabled, I couldn't get to a nearby store. So I ordered online. Contaminants on my sandwich. Spoke with the manager. He refused to take it back and refund for it. My order was over $40 plus a tip. I was very ill and hadn't eaten in 24 hours. I'll never order from this location again. Piir customer service.
The parking lot is full of holes. The server at the drive thru window was rude when asked about the family dinner to the point where her manager had to come take over while she was on her cell phone. The food was ok. I get all this food home only to have to come back out because they forgot my shrimp. Again same young lady has an attitude almost throws my food out the window and closed the window before I could ask for cocktail sauce. Never again
First couple of times really liked the food.. That is until i had it today and threw up about 11x and counting. ����Ive never had food poisoning..
love this place, can eat it every day, like the hands down straightforward menu, in and out in half hour, best of all reheats good if taken home
They make excuses for my genuinely fair order. Extremely dissatisfied. I will never come to this McDonalds again. (Unless I'm hungry)
If I could give no stars I would. Got to the speaker to place order and was put on hold while they took three other cars in the other lane and an order inside before finally taking not our order. Once told them wanted a simple sausage and biscuit which breakfast is to be see all day. It says this on their window. They are gong to tell me they don't serve the biscuit after eleven. Could barely understand what she was saying g cause sounded like she had the mc down her throat. When we asked her what she said she and her coworkers started laughing and still could barely understand her. This is the worst experience I've ever had there. Remember why I only go there at night time. But now due to this experience I don't know if I'll ever go back. They are very unprofessional and obviously the manager on shift could care less or worst acting that way with them.
