Optometric Center of Columbus

The Dr was great. The receptionist was decent. The billing lady was nasty in the beginning. She told me I needed to pay for all services. I told her I had insurance and have given the card. She said this isn't visor insurance. I had to call my insurance company and they said indeed my insurance paid and also gave me the info to give to her. Then she was a little nicer after. I will be foing to another place next year because of her.
